- There are lots of things standing around in the entrance area and it's not really recognisable. Apart from the staff in the bar, those responsible for the hotel can only be contacted by telephone
- no hair dryer, tv didn't work, WLAN did only work in the reception area, not in the room, no light to read a book in bed, shower/WC separated from room only by a curtain (hence wet), no shampoo available, manager (the old one) a bit unfriendly towards guests (the younger one is helpful)
