ibis budget Stein Maastricht

Good transit hotel with private parking. Very friendly people at the front desk and for the breakfast. Good bed, basic room. Ladies don't forget your hairdryer!Very good breakfast, with everything, good coffee, even watermelon. Thank you, guys!

Thank you for a comfortable stay on our trip from the UK back home. The location is great with a large parking place - no problem to park our car. The room was spick and span and all the staff was always friendly and smiling. Thank you.

It's basic accomodation and does exactly that: provide cheap clean place to sleep.

Nothing wrong really for the price point

I would think about making the scrambled eggs with fresh eggs.Otherwise room clean, friendly personal and nice location.

Very clean. Nice people, enough food taking into consideration that no restaurant or supermarket near the hotel.

Quite modern hotel built in a quiet area, near a big park, plenty of parking spaces. Modern and clean common areas. Very friendly and professional staff. Items such as water boilers can be rented from reception for 15€ guarantee. Modern rooms with clean toilets and showers. Fast and safe elevator with amazing visuals for directions or info points.

Nothing to complain.

It is as described: budget :)Staff was friendly.Room is decent, but small and basic.Cheap.

My first room (321) had some annoying background noise and I couldn't sleep because of it. Asked for a different room (109) and everything was fine.

Location

Rooms are not properly clean, pillows need replacing and public area needs to be cleaned

Convenient location

Rooms could be a little bit cleaner, lots of scuffing and hairs left behind in the shower

-free parking lot-good value for money-clean and new facilities-late check-out is highly appreciated-good location near Maastricht

-very limited parking spaces, and no other alternative nearby

Very clean, very friendly staff, perfect location for work travel for me

Expensive breakfast

It's an oke stay for a night. The Staff is friendly and helpful.

The sound isolation of the rooms is poor. (You can hear the neighbours "activities" quite clear)Although the room has a modern look and feel, it's quite compact. The third bed (which fold out of the closet) had blood stains on the sheets. So cleaning / controlling the room could be better.

The breakfast buffet was lovely, had a variety of options and freshly cooked.

No disappointments

Everything was easy, nice staff, little but very proper en modern room.Tasty fresh breakfast.

On the third floor, the corridor smelled like urine, but luckily everything was fine in the room.

Rooms were small but good enough for our purpose. Breakfast was good. Location was for us okay, nearby the highway for our trips to the south.

Clean and functional

Location, room size, very average breakfast

Having stayed before, we knew what to expect - comfortable bed, everything we needed for a two-night budget stay.

Very disappointed that there was no decent black tea for breakfast, except Earl Grey, which isn't typical breakfast tea. English Breakfast Tea or anything similar would have been fine. I craved a good cup of tea but there was nothing of that type.

This felt very utilitarian but it was designed very well, there was everything one needed for a one night stay, the beds were comfortable, this location was easy for us as a stop off from the E314, on a longer journey.

The room was too hot and we didn't seem able to change the temp, the air con impacted my sinuses and meant I felt ill for the rest of the next day. Next time I'd know to make more effort to get the temperature turned down or the air con off, but we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep.

Not much to explain. It's a small Ibis room, perfect for 3 people for a few nights. I don't like sleeping with air conditioning on, but opening the window makes it a bit noisy. It's a perfect location in the edge of the small town Stein.

No such thing.

Friendly staff , good communications,Very clean
