Pros +
- We enjoyed everything from the hotel but the best part was the service we received (very sorry if i misspelled her name). She was great and please let her know that we appreciate her great service!!
- Location and cleanliness. as a matter of fact, everything I thought this hotel would be, It was.
- customer service always provide solutions
Cons -
- The pillows smell like sweat, took over half hour to get a replacement, the staff are not friendly
- all was good
- Upon checking in the desk staff was amazing. I went out with friends that evening as we were all in town. I know the rules of this hotel and I am very shocked for them to tell me I was not allowed a guest that evening. As I've stated, I have stayed at over 20 Intercontinental Hotels. The security guard and the nightshift front desk clerk denied my guest entry. It was already after midnight and it was not an overnight guest as it was well into the next day. In addition to this I was told I'd have to pay $20 for my guest (because of the hour of the night). This hotel treated me like I was bringing a sex worker into this establishment and this was very degrading and an embarrassment for me. I argued with them, and wanted to see the policy stating that, and of course they could not show me. This is now going on 5am. I called corporate immediately because I knew this was inaccurate on the management of this hotel. They said the management would reach out to me regarding this issues, in which they have yet to do so, which I am not surprised. Upon checking out, I expressed my concerns to the front desk clerk and she confirmed that what I told the gentlemen on night shift was correct and they should have allowed my guest to come up with no charge. It has now been 5 days without me hearing from the hotel, nor them trying to attempt to make this right on their wrong doing.

all was good
The hotel staff provided excellent service. Sthefeny Arauz at the front desk welcomed us with a friendly smile. She was professional, friendly, and helpful. From the moment we arrived, the employees were courteous and helpful (guard at the parking lot, the porter, the cleaning crew, waitresses at the Market Restaurant). The facilities such as the gym, spa, restaurants, swimming pool were cleaned and in working condition. Our room was very cleaned and it had coffee maker, refrigerator, coffee, tea, water bottles. Also, we had a robe and slippers for each of us to wear. The WIFI worked very well. Breakfast was amazing, they had all kind of food warn and cold for all kind of appetite. We had an awesome experience, definitely recommend this hotel, and we’ll return.
The bed was extremely comfy as always. I've stayed at over 20 Intercontinental Hotel's in my life and they beds are always good.

The bed was comfortable
The breakfast selection was not great, and I assume because of covid had to be served by staff who were very unfriendly and seemed like they were annoyed at having to serve. Our room did not have basics like water, towels, robes - we had to request these and again - multiple times as staff did not respond to first request. The gym was poorly equipped. Our reservation was not in the system when we arrived so we had to create a new one, and again staff seemed annoyed at this. Overall, a big let down compared to my stay at other Real Intercontinental properties.
The guys of the front desk are extremely rude and not polite at all I try to extend my stay for another night and they rudely told me they were fully book and we should leave and we are staying here post surgical procedure which means we can’t be in a Uber or a cab for to long and we shouldn’t stress over stuff but regardless to that I made my own booking and show it to them they act all dumb and stupid over that they didn’t change me of room. actually pretty poor I won’t come back here do to the lack of good service it ain’t worthy hope u guys could upgrade that lack of professionalism and respect over your staff of front desk.
the front desk staff
Normally, I prefer to be out exploring, so pricier hotels with amenities don't interest me. But this time, I was looking for a comfy place to unwind and laze away after New Year's Eve and this fit the bill. The front desk service was excellent. All employees were polite and helpful. The bed was soft and the pillows were wonderful - varying in size and fill. Wall thermostat worked well. Wi-Fi was good. A large window overlooks the street below and the mall entrance. Above that, the city and surrounding hills. The pull curtains have 2 layers - sheer and thick curtains that do a good job darkening the room. The bathroom was nice and modern. The tub is deep and luxurious. I liked the toiletries. The room service menu is limited, but the food was very good and priced reasonably. I did not eat in the restaurant itself, but I did have drinks at the pool bar and enjoyed the atmosphere and music. Across the street is an upscale mall. Anyone can enter the hotel to enjoy the restaurant or pool bar, but to access the elevator to the rooms, the room key must be used.
I don't know that I'd say it's a 5 star hotel, but definitely 4 stars. It was a little overpriced compared to similar hotels. It's located in the trendy shopping area, but it's not close to any historic sights. No microwave. Mini fridge wasn't very cold and could not be adjusted. I had to have the desk renew my room keys each day because they kept demagnetizing.Be sure to use the DO NOT DISTURB sign if you're hanging out in the room in the mornings. I didn't know there was one, and the maids entered my room 4 times in one morning with only a 2 second pause after knocking. I wasn't compromised in any way, but it got old real fast.
it was clean and organized. and the worker ls were professional
nothing, I like every thing
The location and the food.
The reception girl.
?
Should be better with:more fruits,cereal,juices.
Everyone else provided us with great service.
As the reservation states, breakfasts are included. However during our last breakfast and while we were still having our meal, the waitress began arguing with us that only one breakfast was included in our reservation and the second breakfast would be charged. So, that's how one person in staff can try to ruin a weekend birthday celebration during pandemic. Our only outing in almost one year...
The staff and the restaurants on site are excellent
