Cons -
- The breakfast has a lot of choices but nothing is particularly desirable. Also, the lights in the bathroom seemed especially dark. Couldn't put my makeup on in there.
- Pool is really cold all the time!
- We didnt have hot water one day otherwise it would have been perfect.

Great Location
Major repairs! Dusty and noisy
Front desk support My interaction with front desk was always cordial respectful, always greet me with a true and warm smile
Management staff was rude, always mean, they dont greet clients they don’t talk to clients don’t smile always look so mean. They see you standing, walking around don’t even ask you if you need anything or offer to help.I’ve never been to a hotel with such rude and unwelcoming managers.
Spacious rooms. Clean restaurant.
Sheets had some stains. TV is outdated. Breakfast has few options.
The front desk clerk was very helpful, her name is Karla Ordones
