The breakfast was wonderful, especially the excellent cheeses and various very delicious cakes. A special luxury was a possibility to eat in the garden.

The declared transfer to and from airport is not always available. When we asked for a transfer from the airport, we were suggested to wait for 50 minutes, since the car was in use for the transfer to the Verona city.

nice hotel with facilities you won't find easy in a budget hotel inside the city. The Spa was very nice and clean, the indoor pool was definitley a big bonus. the outdoor pool was a very good size with a lot of sun.the restaurant was good value for money. the room was good size with a large bathroom.

the restaurant was too overlit in the evening. just turn the strip lights off during the dinner service in the restaurant and put some ambiance lights on the table. that will do wonders to the mood in there.

Easy access / free shuttle to airport, with good sized rooms and a lovely breakfast and dining room/outdoor patio worth paying for if you’re on your way in or out especially. Free shuttle into Verona was filled, but bus stop was close and easy to grab. Bed was big and comfortable.

Bathroom in the room needed some updates or deep cleaning as it seemed older and was a bit smelly. Some missing knobs on things. Nothing huge really that would make me stay elsewhere when I need airport access, but some attention to these details would help.

The pool looked fantastic. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant was way above average

The amenities were very nice and the suite had an amazing spa and sauna which helped enjoy privacy and comfort. The staff was very helpful, even when we had a small issue with the spa tub. We called reception and someone came fast to assist with the issue. Great service and the restaurant located in the hotel was also amazing with food and staff. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast is really nice. Dinner is recommended, too.

coffee and tea were not prepared in the room. The facility is pretty old so some parts need to be renovated.

the sauna thermen Pool was very cosy, clean, call. The breakfast was good and the beds lovely. Room spacious, comfortable.

The hotel was clean and had some great facilities! The staff were really helpful and as a first time solo traveller, I was very grateful for the shuttle bus to and from the airport and the city centre!

Convenient location. Beautiful interior design. Breakfast, the breakfast location, and the breakfast staff. Administrative staff. The transfer staff and car.

1. We waited for the transfer in the airport for 40 minutes. In the meanwhile, we made three phone calls to the hotel, and each time it was said that the car will arrive in a few minutes.2. The water in the shower poured to the bathroom floor (room 313).3. A lot of mist in the interior pool room.

Restaurant relatively expensive for dinner and decor/ambience didn't reflect the prices. Building works adjacent to hotel meant sitting by the pool wasn't an option. Felt the hotel grounds could do with a bit of TLC & tidy up

Everything was wonderful. The staff were the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered.Things that stood out: 1. Staff!2. Bread served with dinner, and coffee, both the best I’ve ever had! 3. The spa was lovely.Things to improve:1. It would be good to have a little warmer rooms, either by a rug or throws and cushions. We had only one chair so perhaps two chairs and a small coffee table could be a good addition.2. Toiletries: there wasn’t shampoo or conditioner, which you usually get. The reason it became an issue was that the local shops didn’t sell any hair conditioner either. We both have frizzy, tangly hair and it’s a must. Normally I pack this, but lately I’ve started using the hotel’s provided products so I was surprised there wasn’t anything and I think if the spa sold them it would be handy.3. Usually hotels this standard have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, and an iron. It was a bit awkward using the ironing room which seemed to be a disused office. 4. We went to the opera and a shuttle back would be a useful service.

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything, really, only that to make it even better there could be some additions.

Perfect location if you drive.less than 15 minutes from Verona.Rooms are clean and Indoor pool is lovely.

Price is a little high considering the location is not central.

Spa and indoor pool area was great especially in bad weather. Spa doesn’t open until 4pm though. Would recommend a superior room as we loved the walk in shower and the bed was comfortable. Blinds were great for blocking out light.

Shuttle bus to Verona can fill up so book in advance. It was good this service was free. Airport shuttle works around the Verona shuttle so make sure you pick your time in advance. The restaurant menu wasn’t good for vegetarians or dietary requirements. Some staff were quite abrupt and rude with us at breakfast. The reception staff were very helpful though.

Lovely Restaurant and separate caffe. Staff were exceptional friendly . Rooms are of a good size . One of our group used the indoors pool and said it was very good .Nice bedroom linen and robes. Great free shuttle into the city

Shuttle service to Verona downtown and train station is very useful.SPA and outdoor pool amazing. Restaurant is of high quality in case you look for a quiet dinner in.

The location ,The pool was amazing!Bonus to have the shuttle bus to get in and out of Verona.All the staff were very helpful and nice,especially the dining room staff.Katrina in the morning was always very helpful and friendly .

The only downfall for me were the rooms.I haven’t been in a hotel with rooms as dated as that since the eighties a bit depressing compared to the rest of the hotel.Small TV with no English news channels .For a 4* hotel not good.
