Nice old fashioned in the good sense of the word. Sweet staff

Only small thing is don’t forget your shampoo it’s a little basic compared to the rest

It’s very clean. Location for where we were visiting was excellent. Staff is very friendly. I liked the extra touch of escorting us to our room.

When we asked about getting a cab, they just handed us a few phone numbers. When we asked if they could arrange a cab for us, they said no.The bed and pillows were quite hard. It wasn’t a great night’s sleep.

The heater didint work all night i call the reception and they said we will made it and again didnt work breakfast is very poor nothing good to eat ??

They kept the passport for the night, and that made us feel a bit unconformable.

Nice and comfortable spot to start Padova exploration. Warm welcome by Staff. Nicely decorated interior of previous religious building. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast

Street/garden side noise insulation. I had to sleep with earplugs as there was long night party in neighbourhood.

Great old lady with great position, the best staff on reception, 2-3 min check in / out. I recomend silence, climatization and internet. Sorry for mess in my room!

Didn’t have high expectations after seeing the photos and reading the reviews, so I was positively surprised. The room was clean, comfortable and had all you need. Breakfast was decent and the staff helpful.

It is an old hotel, not the prettiest. Also, the location is not the best, but you know that from the beginning. Busitalia Veneto was helpful!

The hotel is ‘tired’. It needs new furniture in the rooms and lobby, fresh decoration.

Cleanness, easily accessible by car, parking area, in a quiet area.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a short walk you can reach an excellent restaurant nearby. The room was extremely spacious, we did not expect such comfort. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, but everything you need for a morning meal.

Looking at the photos on booking, one gets the impression that the hotel is isolated, but in fact it is next to the main road. It wasn't a lot of noise, but we expected more nature than you can see in the photos.

Location is close to Padova

There weren’t simple supplies such as shower cap, body cream etc. considering it’s a 4-star hotel. The breakfast quality was low.

Good balance quality/price, close to Padova.

The heating , it was quite cold in the room. Also in the booking it was supposed to have a balcony or patio, but we were given a room on the ground floor , so didn’t have balcony or patio. The sauna closes early .

The rooms were clean but looking a bit old fashioned. The location is quiet, not too much traffic. The beds are good, one can relax and have a good night sleep.

The breakfast was included but the food was not great. Rather old, pointing out there were no so many hotel guests.

Breakfast served only from 7:00AM, admin/invoicing only from 7:00AM.While driving away the receptionist chase me in the parking to tell me that a whiskey minion bottle was missing from the room fridge. I paid without making too much fuss and I even tipped the guy because if they need to go to such an extent it miss that the management/property are putting these guys under pressure. But of course I didn't take the bottle and having this scene after having even to skip breakfast was really not cool. Get a grip and treat your customers better!

Probably the best breakfast you can get in Italy - a wide range of options, that cover more than the typical Italian breakfast (which is sweet). There was plenty of bread, cheese, ham, eggs, sausages...and ofc several fresh cakes, croissants etc. Quiet location, spotless clean.

Sadly, the information on booking.com provided by this hotel is not up to date or wrong. We booked a room with a balcony and did not get a room with a balcony. The staff did not feel like they where in the wrong and no kind of compensation or change of room was offered (which does not speak for a well trained costumer service, also the English language is only partly spoken). I highly recommend that they update the room description so no further clients will receive something else from what they booked.

The hotel is quite new, spacy, with good parking and a bar/restaurant in it. Breakfast was good ?

Hotel tried to take triple price for the breakfast compared to the one, offered at booking.com.After some discussion they decided to charge us with the initial price.The was a bathtub but no shower curtain.

The staff were very nice and wonderful. The hotel was very old and needs some updating but had a charming old style vide. The breakfast was also very good

The second room we had some dead bugs in the bathroom in the middle of the floor.

The hotel is very good. The location is quiet and peaceful so you can sleep well. The beds were very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean. They were well-equipped. The women at the reception were very kind, helpful and polite. I recommend staying in this place! Grazie!
