Excellent location! Very clean facilities and great food at the restaurant. The staff are helpfull and friendly.

The facilities (particularly the beds and furniture in the rooms) need upgrade.

The room is small, but clean. The hotel has a parking, but there is also a close public parking with more or less the same price. The location of the hotel is super, and we got beautiful view in our room! They sell the riesling wine in the hotel as well.

Everything is good. The room and parking are small, but I understand in this busy and beautiful small town, it's difficult to get more places.

The location is really great. The staff was kind enough to let us check in early. The rooms are above the restaurant, small in size but decent enough for a couple of nights stay.

Requested rooms close together - we were in 2 separate buildings. 1 room had glass in the bathroom door, not much privacy. Rooms were dormitory quality. Beds were hard.

Good sized room. Had a fan in the room to make it more bearable during the European heat wave. Shower was strong and never ran out of hot water. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Also loved the restaurant. Staff was extremely nice.

The property was immaculate, beautiful building in the heart of town, we had two rooms both were clean and comfortable (ps if your room is hot there are fans in the cabinets), I would recommend their breakfast for sure, best eggs I’ve ever had. The staff was responsive and friendly, if we make it back to Rüdesheim would stay there again.

There was nothing we would have changed about our stay, it was wonderful.

The room was clean and the location of the property was good.

The room was very small. A twin bed room could not accommodate two beds side by side which was also shown in the picture. The beds had wheels and were not comfortable.

You can’t be surprised by the rooms as they are entirely as described but there is a clear issue with drainage via the showers - particularly the rooms we had, the higher room of the 2 being worse. We opened the windows and managed it that way.

Not clean , dust was covering everything, maybe they didn't hear about the vacuum cleaner before !

The location and the friendly staff. Accomodation was very comfortable.

The location, although a little hard to get to, was very close to the "Marktplatz" and the Christmas market vendors. The hotel restaurant was also very good.

The rooms were not clean. No one had swept under the bed in an eternity and the fan in the bathroom was so laden with dust and who knows what, it was disgusting. The bathroom was so small the man in our group (6'-3", or 1.91m) couldn't sit on the toilet without hitting his knees and had to use the restaurant bathroom. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the duvets were tiny and thin. More appropriate for summer not when it's below freezing outside.

Invest in cleaning the place

The location was perfect and nice and quiet.

The bathroom needed extra attention in cleaning. The pillows needed replacing. Not sure about paper cups? Hard to re use

The hotel was lovely and well located for the town of Rudesheim.. The hotel has a good restaurant and serve up a good buffet breakfast

Nice location in the city center

We booked two rooms—one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The single room was extremely disappointing. It was located above the restaurant, making it very noisy, with loud music and the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the employees who gathered there after hours. The mattress was so worn out that it had a noticeable dip in the middle, with metal springs poking through. I requested a room change at 11 PM because I couldn't tolerate it any longer. Fortunately, the new room was recently renovated and in excellent condition. However, I strongly advise against booking the single room. My friend, who stayed in the double room, mentioned that the mattress there was also old, with a noticeable trampoline effect.
