Super-friendly staff. Free secure parking. Chinese resturant downstairs is very convenient. West of Heidleberg but Schwetzingen is a very nice town as well.

The breakfast was good

The property was fully booked , but they were understaffed . There was a major issue trying to find my reservation and the front desk guy was extremely unfriendly and impolite. He even threaten to throw us out because he had an issue “getting the money” from Booking. An absurd situation that continued till he found a solution with booking even though I repeatedly presented him the receipt and proof of advanced payment . It’s the first time i have such issues and booking should remove them from the app. I will definitely never ever come back and advise others to be careful given the treatment we received, especially given that we were right. I almost had to call the police , but tried to settle the situation with the crazed staff guy because the people that were with me were really tired and needed to rest.

Good location for the business meetings I was attending at HIMA. The room was quite big for one person and it was located in a residential location with supermarkets near by, which was good.

Breakfast was acceptable. Not great.

Everything was old, stains on rugs and chairs. Musky odor in the rooms.

Personal was very friendly, at the reception and also the ladies searching the breakfast. Rooms are very big and there was plenty of space to stay, also with a baby. We had an extra bed in our room, so we could use it as a changing place for the baby. Bed was King size so all 3 could fit very well.

Perhaps furniture and bathroom need an update with more modern furniture and finishes. It could look so much better.

Breakfast was great. Room was nice and comfortable.

Front desk clerk was not present upon arrival. There was a sign indicating that he would be back in 5 minutes. We waited over 25 minutes before trying to call the number listed on the message/sign. Unable to call a local german number with my phone, I tried using the clerk's desk phone and somehow ended up calling the clerk, although I didn't speak german and he didn't offer to identify himself. He showed up a few minutes later, and he was apparently next for at some bar with friends--not sure he really didn't elaborate. As a result, we were delayed (over 30 min) going to dinner, and ended up at the restaurant 30 min before close, causing us to rush through what should have been a more relaxing meal.

Spacious room and good location

Their family room does not have refrigerator. it would be best if they have refrigerator. The room is a bit dark. I just wished they have good lighting.

Safe and free parking area underground with lot of space. The hotel is close from the motorway and close to supermarkets and some restaurants. The breakfast was nice.

Overall excellent quality for the money. The room was a spacious apartment (deluxe suite) excellent for a family with 3 kids. It had even a terasse on 5th floor to enjoy coffee in the morning. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The Chinese restaurant next door to the hotel can be considered a plus.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had arrived late and the customer service that we received was nothing less than stellar. I visit Heidelberg often and I will surely stay there again.

This was our second stay at the hotel. Again, nice and friendly staff, a good size room, clean, with everything we needed, comfortable bed, plenty of free parking around the hotel. We will stay again.

The size of the room is huge.

It was a dirty mattress with dust around it. The windows are not clean. And we found a used water bottle at the side of the bed of the previous guest. The rest of the things like the room were huge and we were just for a night.

Stuff doesn’t help doesn’t smile, they give u the feeling that they don’t need you

Comfortable and spacious rooms, helpful staff. I would prefer to have harder pillows. If in the area again, I am sure I will come back.

The room decoration is outdated and need to be modernized. The bathroom has some imperfections, e.g. when showering water is spilled on the floor because of the lack of shower curtain. Also very less light in the bathroom, only near the mirrors. The lights in the room could be more cozy (not super white LED).

Bed and sheets were clean.

In the first room we got there was mold in one corner (room 614). After I told the receptionist, we got room 621, which was alright. Still, there were many stains on the carpet. The whole hotel needs some serious work.
