no lift. The room was very cold. I turned the heating up to 20 degrees, but after a while it was back at 17.

Pleasant staff, great breakfast, nice restaurant, modern room setup, missing some practical aspects like a hanger for towels in the bathroom, light in the shower and proper light in the bathroom. Gym missing towels, and just too basic.

Room spotless, very well appointed with nice furniture/ bedding.As it's opposite Kirk, clock tower bell chiming could be a problem for some, but i kinda liked it, not overly loud or discomforting. Restaurant / hotel staff brilliant, timely, courteous, welcoming. Shower excellent with powerful water pressure, nice toiletries. Coffee machine a bonus, isn't too regular an occurrence in Holland. Food excellent, breakfast superb.All in all, tremendous value for money in such a pretty town which gives off a pleasant vibe.

As one who isnt "wedded" to my cellphone, I found the app to open doors, function lights / heating a little fiddly, but I got the hang of it reasonably quickly. Could be a minor problem if you forgot your phone or let it power down.I was on 2nd floor, so lumping 30kg luggage up stairs at 68yo not fun, but I'm sure help would be available if really required. I'm more of a key / lightswitch guy.

Friendly staff, great food menu and choices f drinks in the bar and restaurant. Friendly staff upon arrival who answered all questions. Rooms were just what we needed for our trip.

Would have been nice to have a choice of what we wanted for breakfast. Personally if I had a choice I wouldn't have had what we were given.

Did not knew the restaurant was also a night club! So it felt like we slept in a bar.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.

All gadgets in the room goes by your phone. The glass wall in the toilet is bothering without privacy.

Room a little high tech for us - lights, blinds, windows all electronically controlled. Ok once we worked it all out.

It’s location was great in the town square. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The high tech IT requirements to access the room and Wi-Fi threw us for a bit causing some frustration but once sorted it all worked fine.

I loved the homely design as it gave the impression of home away from home. Bed was comfy and room was clean

It's a high tech room, with gadgets and high quality features. Staff was nice, breakfast was good and overall great place.

Because of the high tech stuff, my door didn't close well and was beeping for about 30-45 min, that was very annoying. It was a little noisy.

Very nice and modern rooms. In the middle of the city center. Parking Spaces are not that far away. Breakfast was great and the restaurant at the ground floor is really good. Don't forgett to reserve a table if you want to have dinner there.

Toilett is no closed space - so you can hear everything, which is not super nice. The online-key for the room was not perfect for my grandmother, as she is not that familiar with that kind of stuff.

The initial email was hugely complex. No reception, everything through an app and I mean everything - Wifi (which did not work), TV, lights, blinds the list goes on. Interesting concept to do everything digitally but you wasted so much time trying to understand every function. Too much of something can be a bad thing. They did not get the basics right - put the towels in the bathroom! have a sink where you can put a plug in with out having to constantly run the taps! Have taps that do not go from dribble to Fire Service hose pressure! Have windows that will allow fresh air in the room instead of a hugely complex aircon system through a hugely complex app menu! A classic example of millennials designing something in their idealistic world that just does not work in practice. To be fair I would stay there again but only if someone else is paying the bill. I ate lunch at the gastropub the following day and it was a decent price for excellent dishes with great service.

The breakfast was really nice. As well having dinner in the place is a recomendation, since this is really good as well. The room itself is really nice with a lot of automated things as blinds and bed moving with controls.Personal is as well really nice and friendly.

I know it is sort of fancy. But the toilet could use a bit more privecy. Now the big glass is a bit too much open. The noise calcelling can be better. The place underneath is very nice and gezellig. But if you have a early appointment next morning, I would not recomment to stay in the front side of the hotel. Since sleeping before the music gets off is very hard.

The staff was extremely friendly. They let us park our e-bikes off the street. The breakfast was delicious. The room was lovely. The atmosphere of the little square surprised us—lively, great vibes.

rooms were very comfortable. the hotel is above the restaurant, still it was very quiet in the room.

the toilet in the room could offer a bit more privacy as the bathroom area is in the room woth a glass divider
