i saw bugs in the reception while eating breakfast.The receptionist asked for extra 10 euros to change the room for me, as I wanted to change the triple room to a double room.Something bit me while sleeping.The floor in the room had signs of dirt hardened on the floor. Quick cleaning was done in the room.

The staff was good and the room was also comfortable.

Toilet was not cleaned properly. That was so bad.

The area is not bad. There is a good restaurant next to it. The cats in the yard are cute too. Good parking. The room smelled cigarette.

Waited hours for hot water. I wasn't able to shower at the end; not in the night, not in the morning.

The hotel was a filthy disgusting place, the toilets were filled/blocked to the top with excrement and unusable, the showers were filthy, the beds were dirty and had bed bugs and sheets were unwashed and the staff were unhelpful. The car park had a flow of drug dealers and prostitutes coming through it. This hotel is a health and safety hazard and needs closing down. The pictures on booking.com DO NOT reflect the reality.

They have enough space for parking.

Room was smelly like someone did shit on floor, no handwashing stuff in Wc at all, no toilet paper which I brought from reception. Night staff don't speak English and they are not willing to understand even from translation.

Cheap price for Paris. The quality of the hotel reflected that but met my expectations that it would not be anything special

Broken smoke alarm. I had my window open and I do not smoke nor vape but the alarm was faulty. It made no noise in the room but alerted the receptionist who enter my locked room whilst I was trying to sleep to request I open the already open window and open the curtain.

Its a cheap hotel for Paris so dont expect too much. It does the job.

Bathrooms are very small.

This hotel is very close to the Sarcelles Centre Aquatique Intercommunal Christiane et Guy Canzano where I had a competition that weekend. As a result, the location was great for me and it has an okay restaurant 100m away from it (grilled meat, food buffet, etc.). The room was small but pretty comfortable with a TV on the wall across from the bed.

The bathroom was really tiny (and the sink so small it was hard to use). The floor of the room was not completely clean upon arrival. The sheets had a small stain (but it looked like they were clean and this was just something that doesn't come off). The overall environment of the hotel is not the best, and you can tell it's a very cheap hotel: you get what you pay for really.

I can't think of anything. I guess the guys at reception were friendly.

Worst hotel

This hotel was an absolute disappointment. The smell was awful and the safety measures were not the greatest. We had no essentials in our rooms and bathrooms. If you can avoid this place, please do. Will never come back here again.

i didn’t like nothing. everything is bad to worst.

Room was very small and dirty also was very bad smell coming from toilet.So I wasted my money and time. I had booked for two nights but I couldn’t stay more than few hours.

The condition of shared bathrooms was very bad and dirty but they provide usi another bathroom to have shower

please do not take shared bathroom rooms.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was quite small but as expected. The price was fair for services.

It was very hot and no air conditioning but the weather can't be controlled. It wasn't the cleanest place, a bug in the shower and I tried on a small shard of glass. Not catastrophic but could do with a little bit more cleanliness.
