Egg Hôtel Sarcelles

As I want to check out the employee was not in the reception and there are people waiting fir him so I go up to see him and tell him to come to reception to do his work for us as I need to do check out and the other people wait for him … so he was so angry and upset why I told him to come because I want to do check out and people waiting for him … it was so upset and shouting for me.. it was not polite. By the way. I know that the employee in reception not allowed to him to leave his desk at all .. but that guy was upstairs to check the workers!!! I leave morning time on 20/3/3025 between 11-11:30 am

The hotel is cheap for Paris. I have stopped here a few times. Its clean and bedding is good. Reception was friendly and parking is cheap and protected. Good access to an excellent shopping center and town center is 10 mins walk. Train station is 20 mins walk.

Parking is 3 euros per day. Internet is not great. sarcelles give it a miss but that's nothing to do with the hotel. Traffic can be noisy. The hotel is fine.

The room, shower, space and tranquility. All that you require is at hand. Sleeping was no problem; beds very comfortable.

Wonderful staff, ready to help at all times and ready to make you feel comfortable and at ease.

Not much to like, very basic. Free wi-fi , no password. Acceptable for transit. Near commercial area.

It is a small hotel very basic somehow simmilar to former ETAP hotels but much les taken care of. Room very small and basic but acceptable for one or two nights. Carpet very dirty , no elevator. Inside, the room is acceptable clean but not shining. There are permanent residents inside , cooking in their rooms, so expect lots of noise and weird smell. Parking 3euro/night.

Mixed people staying there and lack of utilities in the room (no kettle, no fridge, no slippers).

Poor facility for more than 1 night stay.

No water, No Wi-fi, No Kettle, No Hair Dryer, No seat at reception, tiny room. False Fire Alarm.

The people at the reception were Friendly.

Smoking was not allowed in the rooms but I could smell the smoke of cigarettes in the whole hotel. The rooms were dirty, the bedsheets had stains on it.

It is located in a quiet location which I liked

The beds in family were not arranged to give some privacy for couples. The sheets were not of good standard and the place was crowded with children

I like location the area is could but we didn't sleep well because ( penalise de lit )

I like the area but no freeze in the room to keep some medication.

Change of linen every two days, cleaning every day, friendly staff. There is no hair dryer, iron in the room itself, but these services can be obtained at the reception

Bed bugs bitten the first night, no air conditioning in the room, stuffy

I like the environment, the nice and smiling reception, it's clean.

The floor is old, the shower and we were that there is no microwave to warm water for my 1 year old baby. I have to go to the street, knocking people door to beg them to help me warm water for my baby. A lady selling bread opposite Auchan super market save me from the shame and embarrassment. It was really sad ?. Some of the pictures we saw online were not true pictures. The rooms are wooden floors and I think it's old.e.t.c

Fairly good, apart from the TV ? issue.

The television stopped working and couldn't be fixed and no alternative was provided.

For the cost of the room, is basically what you can expect, so it's really a convenient one. If you are ok with staying in a small hotel, it's ok; actually the bed was really good, comfortable and clean! I was there in Sarcelles for an event and if I have to come back and I want to save some money, I will probably come back here!

The bathroom is not really good, not super clean and really, really small. The building itself is old and not really clean. Position is quite far from everything, but I arrived there anyway by walk, so Is possible

Just the bed. It was high.

There was no microwave. It was said there was a microwave when I booked. But there wasn't. No coffee machine. The staff took more than double money to serve the coffee from the machine. There was no vending machine for customer.

No waiting room

We arrived at 11am. The check in time was 12pm. They didn’t even allowed to stay in the waiting room. We had to roam around in the nearest supershop with our baggages.

Good sized room

The bathroom and toilet right next to eachother no space at all, when using the bathroom the toilets gets wet..... Duvet was stained and dirty
