    Pros +

    • Very cool place , fabulous location , I was only staying one night because of work in the region but would love to go back .Cool beach SoF vibe .
    • Relaxed beach club vibe in a splendid location right on the beach should be pleasant when the sun is shining, as long as it's not too noisy on the terrace.
    • Fabulous location - right on the Mediterranean Sea with beach, swimming, great views, great breakfast. Nice people - waiters and waitresses who double as hotel staff when they have time.

    Cons -

    • If you try and stay in bad weather as we did, the room seems claustrophobic and lacking in both comfort and privacy.
    • It's not a hotel, but a restaurant with 3 rooms upstairs. No staff at night until 9am. Hairdryer didn't work and nobody to call. Staff people smoked on deck right outside our room, so always second hand smoke blowing in. Lots of mosquitos. And worst: on Fridays and Saturdays the restaurant next door blasts loud dance music until 2am. No sleep those nights. We were told every night during summer.
    • First of all check-in was a mess. You need to check-in at the restaurant and you don’t get any information about the room or facilities as it was busy with lunch. The room is small and located upstairs in the middle of the restaurant. Shower smelted if it wasn’t used for a long time. The sun beds aren’t there as shown on the picture, only 2 or 3 but mostly taken by other guest. We went downstairs to lay down on the mattresses but an extra cost of 35 euro per person was charged for this. Breakfast was good, but we needed to wait for 20 minutes. Paying 250 for 1 night + 13 euro city tax is really not worth it.

Only the view was good, before sleeping, after sleeping it was damped. All the rest was very disappointing for this price. The air conditioning worked to heat up the room (winter).

First, difficult to find the entrance, no signs. Parking is above on the street. Then you have to go down some stairs to get to this stay. Finally found our way, and nobody was there when arriving (and they knew we were coming, we left a message a few hours before). We had to pick up the key somewhere else, but nobody told us. We called: no answer, we messaged: no answer. Glad some local people passing by could help us.Not 1 sorry for letting us wait half an hour without knowing were to go to be able to get into the room.Very poor WIFI, room full of dust. Way to many shelves for a tiny space and almost al shelves were crooked. Way to many books spread out over those shelves, books that had nothing to do with the stay, cooking books (no kitchen or coffeemaker). Mold in bathroom, dirty shower, no normal mirror, ... Curtains where to small and transparent, bad windows and isolation so only little view in the morning as the window with the view was damped, so couldn't see a thing. Rusted hooks in bathroom. The bedside light goes out together with the main light?! And why put 1 robe (2 or none would be more logic)?Room is extremely small. No door for bathroom/toilet, no privacy at all in the whole 'thing'.It's not a hotel, we were there all alone at night as well. Breakfast was very disappointing too.And when leaving they asked us extra money, for so called taxes. But on booking it says/said that all taxes and fees were included. Luckily we got it back from booking after complaining.Horrible, we were glad we could leave (we almost never have this feeling).Such a shame with the possibilities and that view! And close to such a lovely little village (15 to 20 min walk).

Location pretty, on a small port. The room was nice, and above the restaurant.

It seemed I was the only guest. There was no one on the property overnight. At check in, I was not told really anything. There was as no WiFi in the room. It felt very strange being he only one on the property overnight. I had to leave by 8am, and there still was no one there.

location was superb! really quirky guest house type of accommodation with the best seaview

shower hard to manage without flooding the bathroom. Could provide more toiletries.

The location is exceptional, on a beautiful beach. The rooms are decorated with care in an original way.

Staff on check-in was kind but a bit clueless as to the facilities. They didn’t explain how the overhead shower worked, so we thought it was broken and ended up using the handheld shower. Shampoo and conditioner were also missing and apparently unfindable by staff. For a 250€ room it is a bit disappointing, to say the least. The room was comfortable but small and impractically arranged with nowhere to really put clothes. This wasn’t too much of a problem as we only stayed 1 night. But it would be a problem for any longer stays. The appliances are ‘industrial chic’ which may look cool but stains towels with rust marks, my beach towel was ruined and the staff I mentioned it to, didn’t seem too fussed about it…

Sea View, nice staff and good food

Tiny bedroom. Night lamp and sea bed broken. The bathroom offers little privacy.

The restaurant and room were perfect

The service was confusing and lackluster when we arrived. The hotel should have a separate entrance It’s weird to go through the dining room of the restaurant every time you have to leave
