AC Hotel San Sebastian de los Reyes

Well located, close to the airport.

The sheets were dirty with unpleasant stains. We asked for new sheets and they didn’t offer to change the sheets, instead they brought a single sheet for me to made the bed. The shower drainage was not draining properly and when taking a shower all the water was coming out of the shower into the bathroom. Very messy.The lady at the reception was not very helpful, maybe didn’t know the area because wasn’t able to tell us how to get food or which way to go to find a restaurant. The hotel doesn’t have an open restaurant on the weekends, this was very inconvenient.

I know Marriott hotels, some things did not work out well in this one.

- The receptionist lacked good training, just stares at you and expects the guest to speak instead of welcoming. No good evening Sir, ho was your trip, what is your name please so I can check your booking ... - The room did not get warmer after having set the airco/heating at a warmer temperature.- The shower did not provide constant warm water but went to too hot or too cold and had to be reset each time- The restaurant served a entre-côte that could not be cut, let alone chewed on. Clearly a mistake.- At Euro 145 a night, breakfast was not included but that was my own mistake.

I liked the staff, the room was well properly isolated from noise. The bedroom was so comfortable and last I really enjoyed the turkish bath.

Good wifi. Good location. Kind staff

Boring breakfast, always the same and with few choices. No hot food. No legumes. Few electricity contacts in the room. No contact near one side of the bed. No usb ports for cell phones and other devices. Very ugly and annoying music in the lobby, which makes uncomfortable to work there. Toilet paper is for a 2 star hotel.

The staff was amazing and they were very flexible, especially Oscar and Anna

The breakfast is basic and needs more varieties

The room needs improvements, the air conditioning was very noisy, the price quite high for what is offered.Breakfast is very poor, at 9 o'clock (the breakfast ended at 11) there was absolutely nothing left in any tray, only after my insistence did they added some cheese (only that). The only person in the restaurant didn't understood basic English when I've asked for a forkAlthough it seems close to the airport, it is still quite far, a taxi ride is 30 eur

In the booking site it offers spa and relax zone and it only has a small sauna near the gym

Room and Location

Price at marriot.com was expensive that booking.com so I have to book through booking and I can not get my marriot Bomvoy points

It was perfectly situated north of Madrid to walk 15 minutes to the Metro for the city. The receptionist explained the route which was easy to follow. The hotel had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We parked safely on the road.

There was nothing to dislike

Not a nice location-shopiing and industry area around, building constraction just near the hotel. Wall paper was old and sliping down

Clean hotel, nice stuff

I liked the layout of the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. They helped with with all my needs and more. The price of the room was very reasonable and very clean.

The sports gym was too small and very little equipment, should have had at least a rowing machine more than a spinning cycle.

The hotel itself and the staff were excellent.

The restaurant was closed for August! We were travelling from France on our way home to southern Spain and booked this hotel as it said it had a restaurant. We had cancelled a booking we had made at another hotel in Madrid as they informed us their restaurant was closed during August. Unfortunately this hotel was not as helpful. After a long journey we really don't want to hunt for somewhere to eat! Booking.com and the hotel should sort this problem out!

Rooms are very spacious, looked perfectly clean, and quiet, too. Fast Wi-Fi. Ample parking space outside the hotel. Easy access to the highway. Perfect for business trips.

it was clean, and nice room

there was a lot of noise , there was a big group of kids that occupied most of the hotel and thet made oa lot of nice. they gave us a room next to the kids and it was loud, we asked to change and they finally agreed. the place is not so near the airport and a taxi from madrid will cost you the same

Location close to the A1 motorway. Proximity close to a good local restaurant

Restaurant closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No notification. Poor selection of TV channels, Awful breakfast - no hot food. Area onside scruffy and full of litter and dead leaves. Not up to Marriott standard

Modern, clean and well equipped room. Friendly staff, good internet and TV, comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok but was missing warm food (e.g. cooked eggs). Proximity to shopping wall and restaurants.

Expensive for the size of the room and location in a commercial zone.

the room was ok but overpriced

no food as restaurant closed. There was a leaking roof on my floor with a bucket underneath that I had to tell staff was at the top on many occasions. whilst at the hotelI had to quarantine due to contracting Covid-19. during that time I could not leave my room and get any food or water. the hotelsupplied me with small water bottles,which they then tried to charge me €50 as they said each small 200ml bottle was €1.5. They did not mention once that I would be charged plus I had no way of getting out to purchase water. the very least they could do would be to help when someone is not allowed by law to leave a room. I declined to pay this bill and was told by the management there was nothing they could do! I eventually had to escalate to the hotel manager who then agreed to remove this cost.

I liked the air conditioning and front street parking. The tea was exceptional. Beds were comfortable

Upon arrival the advertised restaraunt was closed. And breakfast was the only available service at 15euros for sliced cheese and some fruit. With all cards frozen the hotel started out with no idea how to dial out and how to dial an international number. This went on for 2 days. Stranded I couldn't get help but nobody at this hotel cared. The first site on floor 2 was a bucket catching leaks. Soon there were 2. The staff was not helpful and the breakfast chef was rude. He would ask for a room number over and over demanding it. Despite not having breakfast. I will stay elsewhere. I canceled my several weeks reservation. Be sure to use booking or they will bend you over. Did not like it. And the maids will steal your business cards. Not a good visit.
