The place is very dated. Sheets was never changed when needed and cleaning was mediocre.

Customer Service from Laura and other staff; confortable equipped remodeled rooms. It seems kind of nice high-end inspired affordable hotel.

The breakfast was pretty good and the reception was great

They don’t have a little things inside of the room like refrigerator with water and the tv was old and hard to turn on and other stuff

Entry way and breakfast are well lit. Clean. Inviting. Breakfast area was clean food yummy.

Rooms need to be professionally painted. Pain stains on floor and wall. Dirty looking lighting was horrible one of the lamps bulb did not work. I believe the poor lighting was purposeful to hide the state of walls and room.

Good breakfast. Nice staff. Great to have family rooms.

Everything about it. It was the second Holiday Inn we stayed in during our holiday to the UK. The other being in Glenrothes which again was brilliant.

IT WAS A GOOD HOTEL, CLEAN AND VERY COURTEOUS CHEK IN, THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT MANY CHOICES IN MY CASE IT WAS INCLUDED. 15 MINUTES WALKING UP THE HIL YOU FIND THE AREA OF THE SOFIA INFANT HOSPITAL WITH LOT OF CAFES, RESTAURANTS. I STAYED ONLY 1 NIGHT TO FLIGHT OUT OF MADRID TO USA, BUT IS WAS A GOOD EXPERIANCE. IT IS A LITTLE FAR FROM THE AIRPORT MAYBE 20 MINUTES DRIVE, NO (FREE) OR PAYING SHUTTLE, THERE IS A METRO GOING TO THE HOSPITAL SOFIA INFANT, BUT YOU WILLNEED TO WALK TO THE HOTEL ABOUT 15 MINUTES ON A STIP ROAD. ALL OTHER WAS GOOD

Staff great, room lovely, the underground parking was very secure but incredibly difficult to manoeuvre in! I drove a ford mondeo standard 5 door and getting out was a struggle as the angles are tight, did not scrape my car but the walls were multi-coloured with unfortunate souls who couldn’t negotiate the turns! If you’re driving a large family car better park on the street…

Not that central and the metro is a bit of a walk downhill or uphill. Old fittings in rooms but breakfast plentiful except on Sunday when things had obviously run out. Overall comfortable for short stay

Confusion about which Holiday Inn Express we were booking (content on Booking .com was confusing). We thought there was an airport shuttle available. But the front desk person called us a cab and we got to the airport with time to spare.

Location and helpful staff. Early entry for room as morning arrival which was important for a short stay. Breakfast was fine but choice limited compared with other hotels but expected as Express genre

Was a little way from selection of cafes but convenient to access the metro

The family room is a bit to small, but at least the side bed is big. The bed was a bit too soft.

Dishes in the breakfast cantina were dirty.Pillows uncomfortable.

Location near to motorway system.

Furniture in the room looked tired, in particular the table was severely damaged and should be replaced.Underground parking has very restricted space, damage to concrete supports and walls bear testament to problems experienced by numerous drivers.

Staff were lovely, both the receptionist and the catering staff for breakfast were really helpful. The room was clean and had a kettle plus some tea and coffees. Breakfast was as described. Would definitely recommend

It is in a very quiet area, and the bus connections are not great. The metro is also nearby but you need the metro north ticket to get through the turnstiles in the station.
