Staff and the medical spa

The food is great at the restaurant, the spa, pool was great, the room size, facilities and cleanlines as good as well.

The AC canno tbe controlled from the room it is blocked from the reception area so you are stuck at 22 degrees all day and night. And the beds are not that great as per our liking, we like more hard tops/matresses, that one was soft and could not sleep that well.

Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms. Amazing buffet breakfast. Restaurant with very good food and amazing service.

Parking could be better.

The staff were very friendly. Restaurant was open until 23h and had a great variety. The breakfast room on the 5th floor has an amazing viewRooms were very confortable with 2 pillows of different hardness

We are a family of 5 and booked a double and a triple room and they were on separate buildings. Not ideal if you travel with children.For the rest everything was great. .

We didn't like the spa facilities. We didn't have a towel. The water temperature in the swimming pool was cold.

The spa was perfect, as was the breakfast

A normal hotel that does not deserve more than 3 stars, the room lacks water, tea, and others, some of the staff very poorly trained

No air conditioning (or at least it didn't work), no mosquito nets at the windows.

The property is nice and clean with kind and friendly people. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Everything was great. Room was big, clean and with nice park view. Breakfast was nice and also food at their restaurant was delicious.

I liked everything. The room was clean and a big one with the bed big enough and very comfy. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The food served at breakfast is very various, and tasty at the restaurant is great despite the waiting times for food it is very tasty. Didn’t deserve to go elsewhere for food there it's good enough. It is an 8-minute walk to the old entrance to SALINA TURDA, which I strongly recommend to everyone who goes there because it's not busy as the main one ?

I didn’t like it and didn't understand why the lady owner didn't want to have one more person to help the waiter, and she instead to let him to do his job with all the customers she was asking him to serve her first and then to carry on with the customers and this happened at the time when I was there and I have seen what happened.

Standard breakfast. Nothing special, but acceptable quality. Hotel crew was nice and helpful. Clean, silent rooms on the back side.

Car parking on the street only, no closed parking. Far from city center. Slow lift. Very slow restaurant service.

We checked in after visiting Salina turda (sault mines) Hotel parking is on the stret across the road, next to a nice park for kids. Hotel staff was really friendly. Rooms were clean an specious with a fridge in the room. After we checked in we went for a lunch at hotel restaurant. Restaurant had great food (and was not expensive). Breakfast was in the restaurant on the top floor, buffe, with a nice view of the ciry. Spa area was clean and nice. Kids enjoyed the pool i liked salted massage pool. Sauna could be a bit more hot, but overall everying was satisfactory for the price. We woud come again.

Sauna could be a bit hotter, and a cattler in the room would be nice.

However, internet connection & central heating -maintenance work seemed to be ongoing right around the time I was there .

I stayed only for a night , for visit Salina Turda. I booked economy room, it was very simple , but clean and good money for value for a night. The hotel has good enough restaurant.

SPA closed at 21-30 , the sauna was cold (~ 55 degree) in the evening

The breakfast was very goood, and I liked the staff is very profesional. I was also impresed by the pool area. The locations is near by the town centre and Salina Turda. They have also a good restaurant on site.

The rooms (including the toilet)are spacious clean and comfortable . The breakfast is correct, with choices for everyone. The coffee is very good. The staff does their best I think but some smiles and joy would not do any harm

Unfortunately no coffee /tea maker or bottled water in the room .The spa unfortunately does need an upgrade and some maintenance. The water in the pool is cold and the sauna as well, I have never been in a sauna where the temperature is under 40 degrees.Not many choices for people on a diet at breakfast (no gluten free options or no sugar)Not a real parking,parking places in front of the hotel

The room was very big and well equipped, the design was also nice. The restaurant is great, the prices are below the average and the breakfast was also generous and the staff was great.

The spa section was a bit underwhelming.
