- The fact we could not get a drink at the end of the evening as there was a private function. We were not told of this until after the free cancellation period, as we also requested a table at the restaurant when we booked 3 months prior and was told after the free cancellation period that this was not possible.
- The ambiance of the breakfast area was not to my taste. Did not get to try other eating areas.
