We made a last minute decision and were pleasantly surprised. Pleasant staff who provided great suggestions. Room was spaceous and clean. Had an updated bathroom and partial view of ocean across the street. The breakfast was great! Free parking.

A little outdated- so if you need to have the latest draperies or furniture this place isn’t for you.

Absolutely spectacular view and conveniently located Ed to an outdoor gym and restaurants and shops.

The staff were super nice and friendly.The rooms are very clean and the view from my room was spectacular. My mistake was I booked it for 1 night. I had to book it for couple of days. Next time I will sure I book it for more nights. The breakfast was very good.

The shower gels were these little bottles that are not enough.

Location, although the seaside view is blocked by trees, we stayed at the 1st floor

Bathroom door was not closing properly and there was some water damage/mold in the bathroom

Dated hotel, but clean and have all that you need for a transit stay.

Everything was magnificent: parking out front, spacious corner room with spectacular view, excellent location to go to town, pleasant staff and a nearby beach promenade!!!!! We strolled to adjacent Menton and the next day drove there for the Citrus Festival. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Fellini in Roquebrune a short way from the hotel!!!! There is a pretty path beside the sea across from the hotel to glance at the Mediterranean as well as Roquebrune and Menton. We didn't hike to the old town of Roquebrune due to time . We were happy we chose an exceptional hotel, thank you!!!!!!

Close proximity of our room to lobby/ restaurant so it was very noisy at 0600. Also - no stand for the shower so you have to keep it in 1 hand and wash with the other

Clean room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom vintage style, water pressure very good for a nice shower. Very nice staff and very good service. Very good location on the sea side.

Very noisy room 311 with « Mountain View » in the secondary building which is a very to the main road to downtown. The balcony door is very old and not noise proof at all. Regarding access to lobby, you have to climb many stairs with your heavy luggage:)

The walls were dirty and all together furniture was old and used.The noise from the road was unacceptable the whole night, cars and motorcycles were roaring 5m from bed we have pictures.

Family feel, just the best most lovely staff and the perfect location. We’ve stayed here 4 times now and already have our 5th visit booked. We love it. ?

Amazing hotel, comfy beds and very clean. All things very important to use. Particularly one staff member was great, she made us feel very welcome.

Budget room might get noises coming from the streets with all the motorcycles passing by. It didn't bother me.

All very good, staff happy helpful. rooms great size, clean and wonderful views over the sea.

It was near a beach.

Our "Seaview" room was on the 1st floor, and the view was 90% blocked by trees and structures. We had a perfect view of the busy road. The room was very loud. We could easily hear street noise until late and could easily hear noise from inside the building as well starting very early in the morning. For 2 nights, we barely slept at all. The breakfast was adequate, but when we arrived at 9, there was barely anything left. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for a partial restock. The coffee was not very good. The dining area was small and crowded. The location near the beach was fine but Menton center was about a 40 minute walk. I recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation in the area. I am sure there is much better at a similar price.

If you book a room in the back of the hotel, motorcycles going up the hill will wake you up early. The front rooms have a great view.

The staff is friendly and very welcoming, the hotel itself is just in front of the public beach, the rooms are big and clean.The hotel is a real gem, with an astonishing price/quality ratio.Wholeheartedly recommended!

location is good and from the room balcony, it has impressive views.just off the south roundabout from Prom. du Cap-Martin, you are close to all the main bars, restaurants and other eateries.if coming from the train station Carnolès, it is about a 10-15 mins walk away adding to its accessibility.at request, the hotel provided me with an iron and ironing board which is most appreciated.the A/C worked perfectly too

I had to pay a city tax, which is fine but would have preferred to know about it when first checking in as opposed to when I checked out

There is a reception lady Gilbert. She is like an angel who is alive. Just to meet this lady is a blessing. So kind so attentive so caring so warm. I wish there were more people like that. The bed is very comfortable and shower very proper. Further amazing caraibe beach in front. Place to die for.

Staff were very friendly and helpful rooms comfortable but dated, lovely view and location, no safe in room though advertised no tea or coffee
