Pros +
- It's a wonderful little hotel - with spectacular breakfast and some of the best cappuccino Ive ever tasted. The pool and saunas are delightful and the gym is well-equipped. The staff are kind and helpful. The only negative has nothing to do with the hotel - it is a lovely country farmhouse converted into a hotel, now surrounded by big soulless high rises and highways. But if you're driving, it's got lots of parking (rare in Holland) and EV charging.
- Exceptional as usual! Always stay here while in Hague. Great facilities and attention to details. Thank you for great hospitality and wonderful service. This time I stayed, we got an upgrade to a presidential top floor suite and had an amazing time!
- Great stay as always. The suites are fantastic, definetely worth the price difference!Spa is great. Restaurant as well! ?
Cons -
- Just the surrounding buildings...
- Non aplicable.
- A very minor thing, but a pity that you have to leave the hotel building to get to the restaurant (especially in the rain).

It's conveniently located, beautiful venue, the staff is friendly, and they were amazing with room service. Facilities are on point, including the spa itself. It's gorgeous.
Perfect spot for a luxury break. Close to public transport and very friendly staff. The complementary snacks on the third floor were a welcome touch. Couldn’t ask for more.

My go to hotel. I end up in the evening at the spa, and pretty much have it to myself. Go to bed feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Location of the Hotel is super, close to the main highways to Amsterdam and Rotterdam - private protected parking.Public transport is very close by.Spa facilities were very enjoyable. Breakfast service is perfect, served at your table - very friendly and attentive staff.
Peacefull rooms
I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights through Booking.com. I chose your hotel based on its advertised facilities and positive guest reviews, particularly regarding the spa, which was a key factor in my decision to book.Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. On my first night, while taking a bath, I was unexpectedly disturbed by a knock on my door for a cookie delivery. While not a major issue, it did interrupt a private and relaxing moment. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the provided robes were unclean and contained bottles of vodka. The following day, I returned to the hotel with my partner to use the spa, only to find it closed due to the presence of firefighters. We had not been informed of any issues with the spa and were concerned by the lack of communication. We attempted to contact the hotel for a late checkout and alternative spa options but received no response. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and a uncalled bad review of what many say its a good service is not my first choice, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the overall negative impact on my stay. I am reaching out to express my concerns and to see if there is anything you can do to address my experience.
Room was good, the spa area has many options. Breakfast was ok-ish.
The services (spa treatments are a joke), the quality of facilities and amenities (poor quality robes and slippers, no cups at the water machine, no small bag in the rooms for spa, jacuzzi not very warm etc).
access to hotel was good, parking was available on site, room was clean, room facilities and complementry drinks were excellent.
i booked massage before arriving to hotel on a phone call as per email from booking.com after a 14+ hours flight, which staff didn't know about on arrival. then requested again, but they couldn't arrange during my stay of 3 nights and requested to see the manager. couldn't arragne that too during my whole stay, also for some reason, hand wash and shampoo bottle's pump were not working.
Very friendly service. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. Good spa facility. Enjoyed the breakfast, but next time I will try dinner at the restaurant.
Location could be better if you are trying to walk to see things in Den Hague, but other transportation is available.
Large room and bed, very comfortable, friendly staff, good food.
Bathroom had shampoo instead of hand wash by the sink and the shampoo and body wash in the shower was empty. When I asked for new bottles I was given shampoo and lotion to which I was told "this is all I can find" so had to wash my hands/hair/body with shampoo.Restaurant Menu options were limited Internet/TV didn't work very well. The TV would go pause/go black when it would be buffering and not fix itself.
The staff was amazing! The spa was lovely. The room was THE BEST. And the swimming pool was great. We had such a wonderful stay and I cannot wait to go back again!
The dinner at the restaurant was terrible. The service took forever and when the food finally came it was bland, some of it was burnt, and it was just absolutely not worth the money and time. All of that and the server kept coughing and sneezing into his hands. It was unappetizing since I saw him touching plates and serving people stuff right after covering his hands with germs. He was a very nice guy though! Someone should just teach the employees about how to do the work in a more sanitary way.Next time I’ll order dinner in with a food delivery app or something.
Good size room. Spa facilities were very good. Very friendly staff.
On outskirts of The Hague but an easy bike into Delft. Having bike rental at the property was great, and the pool was a big hit with the kids
The pool, hot tub and saunas were very nice.
The room was really spacious and clean with comfortable beds and everything you need for a pleasant stay. We did not book breakfast because during our stay (3 nights) we had to go out early to have breakfast with our son in Delft but we enjoyed the spa from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and in our opinion it is a quite good idea to open early and to close late. They even gave us, probably not only us, flip flops as a present. We got water, small chocolates and waffles as a compliment too.Something very important and comfortable is the parking, you can go in with the room cardkey.
The towels are clean but old, they do not add more coffee capsules, only 4 for 3 people for a 3 night stay; the spa is good but a part of it is a bit old. The day we arrived the TV remote control was broken and we felt very uncomfortable because the girl from the reception told "very strange" instead of apologize and we really found it broken... They need to pay more attention on these things... On the other hand, the air conditioning was very noisy, the small fridge mini bar as well.
I liked the concept of the hotel. I liked that the rooms have very good slippers and a robe for the SPA area. I liked that the SPA opens very early and closes late. Very good pool.
The furniture is old in the rooms and at the reception. There was either dirt or mold in the shower cabin in the room. It was not very clean in the room. There was a lot of dust. Only 4 sunbeds in the SPA area inside the building. In the SPA area there is a very small cafe, which is open very little, in which only sandwiches are served.
Location and facilities, as in swimming and relaxing place.
The scenary from the window, there is another building opposite of our room. Had to keep our curtains closed. Food at the restaurant was really bad, we ordered 4 different food, all 4 tasted bad. A big disappointment!!
Very nice hotel with a relaxing spa area. We liked it a lot. The personnel is also very friendly and ready to help.
Parking fees for motorbikes and cars are not differentiated. Paying 20€/night for parking a motorbike is unrealistic.
