A beautiful hotel along the water. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Their machines would accept our Canadian credit cards so I had to do an international e-transfer once we got home.

The quality and spaciousness of room and bathroom, friendly and helpful welcoming staff member and delicious breakfast. Appreciated the welcome drink and truffles. We loved the canal area.

The couple next door were noisy.

a bit difficult to get in, front door closed late evening and no staff (got in with Martin's guidance). Room still smelled of paint

The room was lovely and the breakfast room was great.the staff were very welcoming and you could see that they took great pride in the place.

If I had had a car it would have been wonderful. But I was reliant on public transport and there was no restaurant within 2km.I think hotels need to be much clearer when they to not provide evening meals. I didnt have a hot meal the whole time that I was working away.

Very large room, clean, quite. excellent breakfast. very sympathique people. the bottle of wine at arrival was a nice surprise

The view of the surroundings - canal - was beautiful. The access to the walking path is somewhat complicated

The breakfasts were great and so was the breakfast staff. We enjoyed the availability of the bikes and enjoyed the neighborhood and surrounding areas.

We had trouble finding dinner places that we could walk to.

Very nice room overlooking a canal and well appointed bathroom.

The location is a bit isolated, 10 min drive to the nearest restaurant.Breakfast was limited and there was no choice, so on that basis I would say it was a bit too expensive.

Breakfast was really good, room also was clean and with welcome gifts, bathroom big and comfortable.

Front door was locked most of the time so if you have only one key it is not comfortable at all

The breakfast was superb and gorgeous. The staff is very warm and helpful. The view from our room (206) was great. The room is very big as well as the bathroom.

On one side the hotel positioning is great if you are looking for silence and zenitude. The view on the canal is amazing. On the other side you need to get out with the car if you want to go to any restaurant in the surroundings.

Rooms were especially large. Quaint hotel on a beautiful canal. Staff was friendly. Check in super easy.

It is lovely to stay in such a quiet and comfortable place, and know that your payment is being used not to make a profit, but to support those who need support the most.

Lovely cool room at the end of a hot cycle ride. Perfect breakfast. Such an amazing centre for people who need daytime care and useful employment. Wonderful arrangement, many congratulations!

Liked absolutely everything

Cozy venue, beautiful building, helpful staff and free parking.

Getting in outside of office hours was complicated; there was no staff to open the door and the eventual method to get in confusing.

Lovely building in nice setting by the canal/river. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Very comfortable and well appointed room.

Slightly awkward to find as in the middle of housing estate with very narrow roads. Sat nav required ideally. Need to drive to get to range of evening restaurants as only breakfast supplied but this was very good.
