Hotel Nord

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is quiet. And The terrace and restaurant looked cosy.

The furniture and electronics were kind of old fashioned. There was even an old fashioned telephone. But to be honest: this actually added to the classic German vibe of the hotel!

friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, but the wifi is very bad

The room was clean and the free bottle of water was a real treat. It was exactly as advertised.I would stay there again when traveling through Germany. The receptionist was also helpful with using English to speak to us.

Rooms were ok

The people in the reception were very friendly, professional and eager to attend us and solve any questions we had (especially the guy in the morning shift). On the other hand, people in the breakfast were really mean, rude and bad to us, especially the blond hair girl. In the first day I heard the blond hair girl commeting and criticizing in german about greek people as if we don't understand. The second day the guy told me in a rude way that I had to drink all my coffee today because the other day I left the coffee without drinking and the policy of the hotel is to care about the environment and not leaving trash (Please note that the coffee didn't like me at all and couldn't know it from the begining of course). These people are in front of the breakfast and should learn to respect and be friendly to clients. We didn't felt welcome in the breakfast. This treatment is unacceptable! And definitely we will NEVER visit this hotel again!!!!

There is a road nearby but with closed windows not a problem

It was very clean and the size of the room and bathroom was perfect. There were tea and coffee facilities and a fridge.

The mattress was very soft. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and the traffic was very loud even with the window closed.

Very good accommodation, price ok, hotel is well managed, staff friendly, clean, would recomend...

Spersonel is very nice and helpful. Nice to sit in the garden. It’s very close to the autobahn, all night reception, we didn’t have breakfast. You can’t hear any traffic because the windows are really good.

Good breakfast, lots of free floodlit parking, petrol station nearby and close to the A61. Rooms and facilities clean and warm.

The hotel is a little too far from Rheinbach in winter to walk to restaurants- you need to drive 2 kilometers.

Staff is rude, arrogant and unhelpful. If you intend to arrive after midnight, do NOT choose this hotel, otherwise you do end up without a room.
