Perfect location near the train station, restaurants, and river walk. Our receptionist, Marc, was superb! He acted like his whole paycheck depended on us being happy. The room exceeded our expectations from the booking photos and description.

There was absolutely nothing to not like about our stay!

Room was large, modern, and spotless. Very quiet and comfortable. Windows open in multiple ways. Breakfast selection and quality were excellent - breakfast room facilities were pleasant. The ownership/management of this hotel is extremely attentive to the needs of their guests. Property appears to be new (constructed within the last 10 (?) years). Excellent value given the size and quality of the facilities (with breakfast included). Additionally, adjacent to the hotel (1 door south), is an excellent bakery/cafe with an outdoor terrace - it's a good spot for a quick lunch. Will definitely select this hotel when visiting the Remagen area in the future. (This review reflected a two-night stay.)

This was the 2nd time staying at the hotel and both times were fabulous. The staff were so helpful and the rooms were clean and well presented.It was also great that we were able to leave our car in the hotels safe car park.

The frainage in the shower was blocked so we needed to change rooms.

Marc with a C took his job very seriously here. One of the best customer service agents I have ever met. He gave me a 100% on all my requests. The modern style hotel was very close to the train station and the Rhine River. The room was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Clean, very comfortable bed, conveniently located. Overall, great place to stay. Next door to a bakery which had good food and service.

Location 100 meter from the river Rhein boulevard. Modern, clean room, great staff specially at the reception, parking garage under the hotel, very good breakfast

No AC availabel

It was great to be able to leave our luggage for another couple of hours after checking out. Breakfast was nice, with a very good scrambled egg! The location suited us well, as we were close to the train station, the pedestrian zone and the Rhine river. The room was a fantastic size, with a lovely coffee machine, and even a small sofa to chill on. The separate entrance that allowed you to enter and exit via a side door at any hour with your key card, was very useful.

Information on local services was a little vague when we arrived, but the receptionist in the morning was very helpful. We were surprised at the layout of the bathroom- while it was very generous in size, the configuration was a little puzzling with the shower glazing sticking out into the room, and the toilet being behind it, so you could have easily ran into the glass on your way to the toilet at night. We covered the glazing with a towel in order to avoid it, and that worked for us.

The location next to pedestrian shopping area and a short walk to River.

Parking to drop off and check in is hard. Once car is in garage it is good.

Perfect location with a convenient parking option. Very friendly staff! Rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious! Walking distance to several restaurants. Highly recommend!
