An unexpected diamond. Great breakfast, free wifi, great location, clean, great friendly staff.

Vey nice hotel, room and very friendly staff. Great food at the hotel as well.

The location was good for us. It is close to the train and also close to the hospital (we were there as a family member was having surgery)

I needed to wash compression garments for the family member in hospital. This is the reason why I chose this hotel, because I knew I'd need this service. It is showing as a facility on booking.com but unfortunately it isn't a service offered in the hotel, which was disappointing. The manager gave me an address of a laundry service but it wasn't opened on Wednesdays (which was unfortunately the day I needed it).There's also no tea/coffee facilities in the bedrooms, but the kind staff brought up a kettle, cups, sugar and milk for me. I got my own teabags in a shop.

Room was beautiful over looking the river. Clean and very comfortable. Balcony was clean with comfortable chairs.

Having stayed here before, it's a lovely hotel, clean & comfortable with a restaurant, which has a good menu to choose from.It's also in a great location.

A perfect hotel. Gorgeous position, great facilities and a wonderful restaurant on the terrace. The food was excellent.

Overlooking the Rhine which meant lovely views at breakfast. Ideal location for crossing the river to Linz. Staff were very ahelpful. There was a dedicated room for our bikes - very secure!

The breakfast was very good with enough varied and fresh food. They keep filling with fresh food and good coffee, just ask if some of the dishes are finish and they will quickly refill.

Excellent hotel! Perfect facilities, friendly staff, large car parking, clean room, perfect breakfast.

Very efficient and helpful, friendly staff. Great service. Room was comfortable, although the "courtyard view" turned out to be of the car park! Location by the river was stunning. Bike rentals were economically priced. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Packed lunch service for our long onward journey.

Friendly staff, great breakfast each day, good place for bike riding, close to ferry for train station.

Would have been good with some air conditioning in the bedrooms.No central room / area to watch Euros as a group.

Great view of the Rhein from our balcony.There is a ferry for cars and foot passengers a couple of minutes walk which is really well priced and gives you access to the town of Linz which has got lots of nice restaurants and bars and a real old world feel.

The parquet flooring was a bit dusty

Very nice surrounding and kind staff. The bathroom could have benn bigger.

The corridor is tight and the bathroom is not enough big.

The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpfully. A delicious breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
