Friendly staff.

The location is in a residential area with very few options for eating.

Front desk help was amazing!

Out of main season there was no problem to park

Toilet just in a glass cabinet on the room :-(

Room, Staff, Breakfast, Location, Parking. Third time we have stayed and, as previously, did not disappoint.

Very comfortable bed. The hotel is quiet, and guests can sleep comfortably.

Room spacious with outside area. Clean room. Comfy bed and had a great sleep. Reception staff so helpful and kind printed my boarding pass and lending me a phone charger. Loved the spa next door. Very reasonably priced, good sauna with friendly and helpful staff.

Gift shop had lovely things but I was completely put off going in again by the deli as there was a whole leg of an animal, that looked like a baby cow, with their hoof still on :( very sad to see and think of them. Not very relaxing or inspiring for animal lovers to visit. Not much to eat for those that don't eat meat.The room cleaning staff were so noisy, talking loudly and banging doors. I've never know them to be so loud in other hotels. Found this to be disturbing and not relaxing or peaceful to be in my room in the mornings. Having a shelf with pointy edges in the shower is not safe at all. I slipped (no grip or mat inside shower) and banged my head on the corner of the shelf. Got a lump on my head and feel lucky to have avoided a more serious injury.

Beautiful view from the pool to the sea. Lovely spa with different sauna.

Breakfast was very good but the take-out alternative was marginal.

Delighted with our stay

Loved this hotel, we had a poolside bedroom & the pool was literally outside our door- plus the sun was out. Great shop next door & we ate in the restaurant which was very nice. We will def return

A wonderful quiet place. Clean, cozy, lovely staff.

Hotel is really nicely decorated and maintained. The associated fitness center is also nice when the lady at the front desk there decides to be nice. It was a nice getaway not too far from Barcelona but the city has many great spots to check out while you are there.Rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were very comfy. Balcony is overlooking the front of the hotel though the internet doesn't really reach that well out there. Room service can take a little bit to arrive but is really tasty.Breakfast was really good here. They come out with a tray with an assortment of breads, jellies, yogurt, and pastries, and you have the option to ask for additional drinks/juices/coffee and an assortment of meats and cheese along with cereal. You can also get it sent to your room which is convenient for the late risers. Staff was really nice. This was my first time in EU, and I had an EU adapter for the wall ports that immediately did not work. they were super helpful in finding me a place I could go to get a more reliable adapter. I also had a package delivered there, and it was received quick and easy by the front desk who called me as soon as it arrived.

Location was a bit of a walk away from the main areas but not too far.

the rooms are beautiful and very functional, and the bed is luxurious.

Very good breakfast with local food. The service was very good. Rooms clean and with a lot of space. Amaizing hotel. They orderd me a taxi.
