Altea Suites

Extremely well run with an efficient, warm and professional staff. The facilities are flawless with very large suites. All well maintained and clean. Great restaurants in the neighborhood as well as shopping. Easily walkable area that is well lit and safe.

One of the best apartments I have stayed, and I stayed at hundreds of them. Very clean and newish all around, clean sheets and bed, great kitchen with everything in it, great balcony, we loved it.

Don't rent here if you don't have a car, it's very far from Rome and there is no public transportation to Rome

Love the customer service, they were very helpful. Really enjoyed having someone speak in English. Very close to eating, nice and quite location..

On my first day I had no power in my room and the guests make a lot of noise at night as there is no one at the hotel reception they make a lot of noise at night.I had breakfast on the second day at 9 am, there was practically nothing left, not even fruit.

Pillows where very old, not comfortable at all. Nobody to tell about it, once after 9PM there is nobody at the front desk. Apartment was huge!

Very comfortable and accommodating hotel, with a nice breakfast and friendly staff. We only stayed one night (for the local outlet and theme park) but could happily have stayed longer. A good night sleep in a quiet area of the town. Getting a taxi around this area (to the outlet or airport) is actually quite pricey but the hotel staff were able to assist with finding someone reliable and slightly cheaper.

Everything is great here… good breakfast, super nice staff, right next to great cleaners, hair salon, supermarket, and B I G rooms. Gated parking a plus!

A bit old fashioned… clothes drying racks a bit worn, and clothes pins too( lack of washing Machine soap, had to buy)..A bit far from the center of Pomezia.

The spacious studio, large balcony and equipped kitchenette make it very comfortable during a short stay. The place was clean. Also very nice staff (reception, breakfast…).

Bathroom needs to be renovated eventually. The bedding should also be renewed.

No one was in the lobby to help us check in the room. We were left outside .

That we where charged and never slept in the room because there was nobody there to check us in

I'm very happy with my stay in the Altea hotel. They have really good room with sofa, table, balcony and comfortable bed. Their reception will reach out to me ahead of the check-in time and provide necessary advise. Also I feel the enviroment is safe with their gate management.

Everything was excellent from the arrival to departure , everybody made our holiday a pleasant experience The General Manager and the staff are professionals and very knowledgeable

Everything …. The Bistrot is a relaxing place and the waitresses are welcoming you always with a smile ….. try the Tagliere of Cheese & Parma ham

I stayed in a very comfortable apartament. Very ckean and nice. Very helpful stuff. I arrived earlier then 2 pm and was very tired after travel. There was no problem to check in. If one need to step in Ponezia I do recomend!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the hotel was clean and we even had a washing machine and dishwasher in the room.

Big spacious room, nice balcony. Close to supermarkets and onsite parking. The reception staff were lovely, very welcoming.

The kitchenette had an awful smell coming from it, so we didn’t use any of the cooking utensils as the smell made us put off. The bathroom also wasn’t very clean in the shower and it was quite old. The mattress had stains on the sides and the walls also had stains/marks all over, so overall wasn’t very clean and in need of renovations/updating.
