Clean, good location for our needs, good breakfast, nice staff

The receptionist did not pay attetion to us when we arrived, we had to wait.

Amazing clean place, Top notch food Breakfast! Very Nice Staff ! Everthing was exceptional!

Everything was perfect. The rooms just needs a bit more pellows (ask the reception) and towels !

The staff was amazing. Very accommodating, especially Marco. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the stay as a solo female traveler.

The room is clean and spacious.

There is no kettle for tea or coffee in the room, and there is no bottle of water. The sleeping pillow is small in number. It is far from Rome and from the bus back to Rome.

The hotel is quite affordable and outside is okay. However, the location is not convenient at all. You can go outside or walk around because it is located on a highway. You are confined to the food and supplies sold in the hotel.

The customer service is terrible. I got there at night and was told to stay outside and check in through a faulty machine for over 30 minutes. There was no staff who understood English. No on was helpful. I had to make a call to an emergency number before I could be let into my room. My first night was horrible.

Unfriendly unprofessional stuff, no coffee even, lifts didn't work my room was terrible they didn't want to change it only after I went on theiranager wrote him an email than they immediately found in a "fully booked hotel" 3 room to choose from.hotel standard at the road you can't walk.garbage recycle place in front of the windows.taxi driver areall cheaters take just cash no reception 5 min drive they take up to 50 euro whole in Rome in official taxi after 30min drive i paid 17 euro.and i think those driver share this money with hotel.its like in Egypt ot Tunisia.

Large rooms, relatively clean - if you like bleech odor

You cannot leave the hotel without a car - not even to cross the street to a supermarket close by without risking your life. There are also no taxis available. The oweners fail to mention it before arrival which is a very dishonest approach.When we tried to ask for their help - the entire staff was rude and unhelpful.Even if you have a car, this place is fairly basic. Would recommend searching other places near by (even closer to the beach).

Clean, secured parking

Location - not much to see or do in Pomezia (except the outlet mall). Ok for a short stay.

This B&B was one of the top I have stayed in. The service was exceptional, with everyone being incredibly sweet and attentive. The rooms were not only comfortable but also well-maintained, and the bathrooms were both clean and spacious. Despite our late arrival—half an hour past closing time—a wonderful woman named Camilla stayed back just to check us in, which she certainly didn't have to do. We are so happy to have met such kindness on our first stay in Italy. The breakfast was delightful, and overall, it was an incredibly pleasant experience.?

The room is well-appointed, with modern furnishings. Windows do an excellent job blocking out noise from the busy roads.

The wifi was very weak and dropped quite a few times. Also walls are very thin. We could hear the music on one side and someone practicing singing on the other side at 6:30am.

Near Airport and Shopping outlet and main road

in general we were satisfied, clean and comfortable, in room 127 from the strong wind the window creaked all the time and night and day), another minus was that there were no blankets in the room, and not even a small bottle of water, but anyway thank you for everything!

The rooms are of varying layout and quality. I had one in the back of the building, which was okay. There is air conditioning.

This place is catering to younger people. They have put up signs that read "Help us reduce noise", yet they blast music from speakers. That already tells you all you need to know about the place. A high-traffic road is in front the hotel. There are parking spots behind the hotel. The area did not feel too safe. The worst thing were the neighbors who made noise from 00:00 to 01:30 AM.

There is parking on the hotel premises in the back. The gate is closed at night. There is air conditioning in the rooms.

The hotel is next to a high-traffic noisy road. The memory foam mattress was very uncomfortable. The room was not very clean. The bathroom had a strange layout with the toilet facing the shower door with not much space to sit on it.The general area does not feel safe. There was glass on the ground in the parking lot outside the hotel from car break-ins. Overall, this hotel is a case of money being spent on furnishing modern rooms into an old building in a somewhat remote and very cheap area.

I chose this hotel in order to pass few hours before my early morning flight. Located on the highway, 26 minutes by car in the night from Fiuminchino. The hotel is new and clean

No elevator! There are some steps to the rooms area with a lagauge elevator available till the in charge desk man goes home at 23:00. On first arrival you need to phone the desk to open the main door. There was some noise from guests sitting on "lobby" but you can't complain after 23:00 when the hotel person on the front desk leaves.

The place is clean and comfortable. The price to service is very good.

The transportation from and to the hotel is difficult. Even Uber didn't accept your request. No regular taxi around. I used the telephone to request the taxi by helping hotel reception

Value for money, parking, renovated hotel.

Our room had only one pillow and towel set for two people, and wasn't the type with a little better conditions we booked. Unfortunately, reception didn't work when we arrived, so we got just a random room:( Free breakfast was kindly offered in the morning.
