Somebody broke my car and stole my stuff... the hotel didn't do much about it.

Great location to stay before a morning flight. Free parking. Stuff was very friendly and supportive .

Room floor was not that clean. Expect more from a 4 star resort

I like this place and have stayed here before. The people are exceptional and very friendly. The only minor issue I had was that it was apparently tourist season and breakfast was a little wild. Lots of people and staff trying to keep everything stocked.

The hotel is located in a remote area, with no accessible restaurants nearby. Upon arrival, I was simply given the keys and given absolutely no information regarding my stay or hotel services. The room smelled like rotting fish. I used the shuttle service several times and was overcharged €20 for my room. Furthermore, on one of the days I requested a shuttle, they sent me a taxi instead, which I had to pay for myself and was not covered by my budget. The aforementioned issues, including housekeeping and breakfast service, could all be improved.

Although we had issues with different room that we got on our first visit there, we enjoyed our stay the staff were kind and welcoming. And the hotel looks beautiful! We will come back

The bath was having stain on it , there was no communication between the night /day guests services. I have order a breakfast box due to early departure but was never delivered to me. The entire structure should be secured in the night having the main ramp closed to prevent other people to come instead of advertising the guests to use the inside parking I feel like they are not confident to leave the car on the outside parking lot.

The lobby was nice.

The rooms were outdated and when you got out of the elevator to go to our room on the second floor, there was a very displeasing smell. It smelled like over ripened papaya.

Wifi was terrible. The airconditioning was terrible and hardly working. The fridge was not cooling properly. The fuse bloew and we had no electricty during the last two hours of our stay.

The staff was making an effort to help me with my unorthodox requests.At first glance the restaurant at the hotel does not strike you as a fancy place for dinner but the food and the service were more than pleasing.

It seem that this hotel is long overdue for renovation. It bothered me the most in the state of the bathroom and amenities.

Nothing special

Late arrival and still the room was not ready. A bed was.missing and it took us 45 minutes to check-in in the evening with a half asleep child. Very bad welcome.Also the breakfast was terrible.

Breakfast was disappointing. Last stay i recall there was fresh fruit and yogurts. this seems to have been removed.
