The rooms were nice and comfortable for our family of 5.

If anything, maybe he distance to sightsee.

The room was small but sufficed our needs. The Stay is well located close to restaurants and shops. There is a forest close by and it made for pleasant walks with our dogs.

The dog surcharge was very high and we didn’t get anything worth while for the charge.

We liked the friendly staff. The room was clean, spacious and very well equipped with a fridge, microwave, glasses and cutlery. The secured parking was also a big plus.

Nothing to mention, everything met our expectations.

A bit of a distance from the center of town but easily accessible by bus. The price makes up for the distance.

The area was very nice and close to a grocery store and walkable restaurants. Having on site laundry was also a plus. The kitchen facility was small but we were able to easily make breakfast and the refrigerator was a plus..

The couch converted into a bed that unfortunately was very uncomfortable and the loud street right outside our rooms made it difficult to sleep uninterrupted.

Nice apartments, kids loved the bed on the loft. Super friendly staff who helped us solve an issue with our reservation. There is an amazing bakery nearby for breakfast!

It’s a little farther from Munich that I thought but with a car it is easy to get to.

A bit sterile and the male receptionist with glasses wasn't very friendly but not rude. He could be more personable.

The hotel is perfectly located for a wirk visit at the Martinsried campus of LMU. The room was spotless clean, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Price was fair.

* the WiFi didn't work for me (couldn't connect either my phone or laptop).* No breakfast (but there is a close by bakery with excellent coffee, pastries and other deli-syle food items)

Room was clean, kettle and coffee maker available. The view was beautiful and the location was pretty inspiring. It was overall a great experience

Bad

My belonging was stolen from the room! I stayed there for more than 2 weeks and in the middle after a cleaning and bed-cover exchange, one of my clothes got lost. Personel was not helpful, they claimed it should be still in my room. ... I do not recommend to stay there unless u want to got robbed

Quiet area. Close to bakery. Close to bus stop.

Limited kitchen utensils. No bowls for cereal/ breakfast or for soup. Otherwise room was quiet and clean, well maintained.

Outstanding everything as always. I used to do 1-2week shifts in Munich and I always stayed here years ago. Came back again for a week conference and stayed this time with a baby and it was equally outstanding. They continue to have the same high standards of cleanliness, customer service, facilities, garage (now with an electric charger) and also provided a huge baby bed for my daughter. There is an elevator for every floor even garage, super easy to unload car and navigate with suitcases, buggy etc. The little kitchen and fridge is perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here again.

The staff was exceptional, helping as much as possible amd always with a smile on.Water pressure on the shower was really good too.The bed was comfortable enough.

The TV was really small and the pillows to soft. :)

The location. The layout. The fully equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom. Spotless and comfortable unit with a loft. The helpful and friendly staff. Easy check in/out. The view of new year fireworks outside my window. Perfect!

The sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep in.

We stayed twice during our holiday in Munich. There is a supermarket 5mins walk reasonably priced. Big bottle Drinking water at 0.29 euro. Coffee at 0.79 euro. Bread 0.49 euro Very peaceful away from town. Bed is comfortable. Plenty of bath towels. Heater is good. We parked outside the apartment which is FREE!
