Hotel Dias

Beautiful and cozy. Nice location. Good staff and friendly

The parking was excellent, the accessibility was good and the staff was friendly

The room had no AC, the bed had two very thin and old mattresses, the pillows were downright abhorrent. The gutter made a lot of noise. The shower pressure was terrible. Overall, not a great stay.

In a really good location, not too far from Hamburg city centre but in a nice quiet area. Great restaurants nearby.Room was comfortable and clean. Shower and toilet in good working order. Great value for money.

Parking was tight and small.

The rooms are refurbished and clean, and the location is good. We use hotel Dias for guests / family who visit Pinneberg.

There was a problem with the water supply (council level) and there was no water for a shower on one of the two days of our booking. Although it was not the hotel's fault they didn't have water, we were very disappointed that Hotel Dias offered zero compensation for this, because they would obviously be insured for such disruptions. We shouldn't have had to pay for this on their behalf (we did). Our guests had to come to our house, bring their belongings, and take a shower after a chaotic morning at the hotel.

It was a big scam, for the price I was expecting more,The room didn’t had a phone, the service was so so bad, and they ask us to pay two parking spots extra because we had a big car? at the end the lady in the reception told me they will change the bed only 4 days after your stay. I complained because I asked her to change my bed and I called the number for some guidance. A men answered the phone and told me exactly the same thing.At the end she asked me if she could give me the bed sheets so I can change it myself. I said no!!! And called again!!! She came furious and said “ my boss called me saying that you complained about the service so I have to change your bed”We left the room and went back to realise she only change the topper and the bed sheets were the same …The breakfast also didn’t provide the things she said, and they didn’t had room service. I don’t recommend this hotel it was a bad experience

Very good location, just few minutes can go to the train station and city center, very clean and modern, very comfortable bed, had a very good sleep after tired day work :)

Great location for pinneberg station if you want to visit Hamburg and other places. Very clean rooms, and the staff were great.

It would have been a 10/10 if there was a safe and kettle in the room. Glad they were able to provide an iron on request. No ironing board, but we managed.
