C&S Hotel

Easy to find and check-in with good transport links, comfortable bed, very clean. Beautiful bathroom and excellent shower. Nice cafés nearby.

No microwave in room as stated. Mini bar was a reasonable price but hardly anything in there. There’s an electronic coffee machine but coins only. I didn’t try this so can’t say anything about the quality. Room was fairly small but suitable for a short stay. These are all minor issues and in general it was a very pleasant stay. Check out time of 11am would be ideal.

Even though the windows of the room were not facing the main road, the noise of the traffic made it hard to fall asleep. The only alternative was closing the window and using an even louder fan.

The place was very average, but quite okay. The single bed option is sufficient for one person. It seems like the hotel was once a family home that has been converted, which gives it a somewhat homely atmosphere. The lobby is cozy.

However, the bed was directly under the window, making it a bit tricky to deal with the curtain. There's no elevator, so carrying my bags to the top floor after four or five flights of stairs was exhausting (I did have a lot of bags). Parking is also tricky. I was there with a sports car, and despite being very careful, I still scratched the bottom. My car has a 7 cm clearance, but I’d recommend a vehicle with at least 10 cm clearance.

It was clean, easy to arrive, when I didn't get the message to get the keys, someone from the security cam helped me. 10/10

How it was placed

The fact that the bathroom was one for 3 roms. They had 2 bathrooms on the same floor and 5 rooms. Instead, to have 2 bathrooms for 5 rooms, they had 2 rooms with 1 bathroom and 3 with the other one. So one whit 3 rooms was always occupied

Hotel cost much like hotel location and facilities. Bathroom shower is not working good . Some time water come to much hot and some time toMuch cold .

The staff was really nice, we could check-in 3 hours before. There is a supermarket and fast food restaurant close to the hotel.

There is not even a kettle to boil a water. You have to use a microwave or pay to get warm water from the coffee machine.

The rooms dont come with a shower, each 2 rooms share a shower. The private free parking was full with big vans, so we had to park somewhere else. Floors super cranky

A bit difficult stairs to reach the room, which might make it difficult for elderly or disabled if you renting a room in the upper level.And in nothern american standard more like a motel than a hotel

The staff is helpful. Room is spacious.

The light in my room does not work. So the room is totally dark. I had to use the back-up lamp at the bed table to illuminate the room. Soundproof is not fine at all. In my room I can always hear somebody using computer and making the sound of a USB device inserted and taken out all the night, which freaks me out.

Good one night stay. Very easy to check in, no staff present. Everything was clean.

The walls are very thin and our neighbours were very loud at 2 am.

Our room was very clean, we arrived during a heat wave and there was working fan in the corner. The bathroom is shared but it's kept very clean and never smelt bad. Shower was really nice too. 20 minute walk from the train station and near two grocery stores.

Overall cleanliness was great, maybe just some dusting by the window sill and a microwave inside the bedroom as opposed to a communal microwave would be a better choice so others staying the hotel don't hear someone heating up their food after a night out.

The staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean.Close to a lot of stores (dm, EDEKA, lidl). Great options for restaurants in the area.

The staff were very friendly and most helpful for someone like me who does not speak German. They were attentive and available to help when needed. The proprietors keep the property very clean and in good repair. The location on the 185 bus line made it very easy to get to travel back and forth to my destination in Rellinger as well as to and from the train line to Hamburg.

The room and bathroom were very good. It was also quiet. There was also a small fridge.

There was no breakfast and it was was a bit far from the S-Bahn (20 min walk)

Everything was good, as expected. I saw some negative reviews here on booking but I believe that those were mostly people who expect a 5 star hotel for the price. Location, cleanliness, facilities, price, personnel - everything great.

The pillows could be a little bit more comfortable but they were ok.

No heating in the room, tiles were broken in front of my door

Very nice personnel. Comfortable and quiet.Nice for bikers as I could safely lock my bicycle inside.
