Pros +
- Super nice staff, we even forgot some study material of my daughters school work, the staff scanned everything and sent it across to us. This was very helpful and kind for the child.
- we reserved 2 rooms. when we arrived only one room was available because someone took key and ocupied our room. hotel manager was execelent, very fast found solution and we get new room and better price.
- Big room with couch, very friendly and helpful receptionist, breakfast included
Cons -
- Bed and blanket was a bit short (but I'm very tall)
- There was no water heater. No body wash, and the smell of the bathroom was not really good. I think it's because they use only very little floor soap during the mopping.
- I couldn't work out how to open my room door.
