azz Valencia Tactica Hotel

Clean and quiet, helpful staff. Free parking. Reasonably easy access to Valencia. Very quiet on weekends as its more of a midweek business hotel.

The food service options were a bit limited.

Not a 4 star hotel. Parking lot was a joke.

The hotel was fine. Very basic and far from amenities. We only chose this hotel because the city was full. The breakfast buffet was decent for an extra charge.

The hotel was full due to the holiday and a marathon. The restaurant was empty, but they turned us away because we didn't have reservations for the restaurant. It seemed like they were understaffed and unprepared for a full hotel, even though they knew there would be a lot of guests. Also, the lobby was very dirty, with food wrappers and dirty tabletops everywhere. And they charged extra for EVERYTHING. Want a cup of coffee? That's $2.50. Water? $2.50. I paid over $200 for one night...should not have to buy water.

Breakfast was okay... expected better. The calking in the shower was very badly done. Should have been easy to do but gave it a dirty bad perspective.

There was nothing I can say that I didn't like about the hotel. The distance from downtown was the only negative part, but that is not the fault of the hotel. The pool anf sauna where great.

the accessories in the bathroom are not correctly installed (towel hangers for example), I had several rooms and it was the same in all. The pillows are that big-flat-hard style. Refrigerators incorrectly embedded generate a lot of heat.

The room was clean, beds are big and the shower is good. The hotel is close to the motorway so well located for a stop-over.

I had specifically chosen the hotel because it has a car charger. Upon arrival, I was told that the charger was broken. To be fair, I was offered the option to get a free charge using the granny charger. Of course, that is rather slow so I left with only a half full battery in the morning meaning I had to make an extra stop during my journey. Had I known it before I would have taken another hotel or charged up before arrival. The airconditioning in the room is quite noisy so we had to switch it off, which obviously meant the room was rather warm to sleep in.

Terrible, rooms were not clean at all. Mold and the bathrooms were not cleaned. Rooms stunk, also no spare pillows in the whole hotel

Don’t have conditions for 4 stars. Old facilities, poor breakfast (ingredients not fresh; unfrozen bread, etc…)

The good:Roomy, clean rooms. Great, mostly English speaking staff. Good location to enter Valencia.Bad: Far too little selection gor breakfast, though the dishes are good. No locks on the bathroom doors. In the rooms that we took, there is an opaque glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. If one goes to the bathroom and turns on the light, the bedroom gets illuminated. This is a problem at night, if more than one person is in the room.

The twin room was big enough for us. The bathroom had everything we needed. The beds were bigger than expected and really really comfortable.

The bathroom needs a bit more care. The shower had some stains around the edges. Also, we were in a room close to a generator or something that kept making noise, so it was a bit annoying at night.

Good location for the conference I attended, and close to the airport, but takes very long to get into the city centre from the hotel.

Extremely disappointing, it is definitely not 4 start quality. That 4 start rating is not accurate based on experience.

The cleaning was almost nonexistent. We would leave our hotel by 9 for breakfast and return at 15:00 and our room had still not been cleaned. When we inquired they said the cleaning staff would come shortly but they never did so I would place a do not disturb sign after 15:30 as I had a disable person with me who needed his rest before dinner this happened for 3 days consecutively so out room was never cleaned. The hotel was infested with mosquitos. Even at the reception area . It was horrible in the rooms and bathrooms. They had nothing in the rooms to combat this problem. The staff on duty had absolutely no etiquette for dinner service or breakfast service. Definitely not 4 star quality. Their cups and cutlery at the dinner and breakfast service were not cleaned properly. Sometimes there was still residue of food on the crockery. Iv attached a picture- their bread basket touching a dirty wall- definitely not health and safety standards. The coffee machine - you would select a cappuccino and a hot chocolate would come out instead .

Location and cost. We have stayed in this hotel many times and we like it.

Bathroom fitments are beginning to deteriorate.

The rooms were good size and there was free parking outside the hotel.

Near the airport

Old photos in reality room much older, breakfast not worth for that money. Sauna wasn’t woking.

Location and cleanliness was good. It was very close to the airport and also to the fairground. 10-15 min by car. Very convenient location for business travellers.

The AC was too noisy. . I could not sleep good enough. Also no sleepers in the room. You certainly need sleepers as the floor is quite cool. Also the price we paid due to fair time (202 Euro/night) is too high for such an average business hotel. Fair price would be half. Anyway fair time and no much choices unfortunately.

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable and spacious beds.

The hotel is 4 stars, the pool does not justify it, number of towels in the bathroom, parking is charged separately.
