The staff was very kind

Our room smelt like smoke and they were not able to switch us due to being fully booked.

Hotel employee were the only good thing about this place

Not the catering and selection was very limited.No dog friendly places to sit and eat in the lobby, which was not what the receptionist told us. We had to eat in a very unsavory area.Breakfast was a non starter as all of the serving dishes were empty and nothing but rice and potato cake to eat. No bread, yogurt, fruit, croissants to name a few of the limited offerings. My husband is diabetic and had to go way too long with no food. An absolute disgrace to the hotel not filling the serving dishes. It was not even too busy so no excuses on that one.Our evening meal was at best no English menu, even worse the food was cold and such a small portion we had to order another main meal to get enough food for my diabetic husband.

The restaurant and breakfast were good

The room had poor airflow and the temperature control in the room didn’t work. The beds were single beds and not very comfortable. There was no facilities to heat food.

Fake plants all over!! Not even a bottle of water inside the little refrigerator. No coffee or anything else. Strong smell and dirty carpet on the hallways.

Room service, quality room, bed

I booked a room but we got a suite. It was quiet, good bed, very large and beautiful, clean, fantastic bathroom with a bath and even a bidet. We would definitely return here. Highly recommended.

No cons it was perfect

The infrared light in the toilet was nice. The indoor parking place for a good price. The free use of the gym and the piscine was good. Comfortable beds, and a good airco.

The inside parking place is too small, already with an SUV you have to be very careful. If you go up from the parking place there is a terrible smell, so you should take a big breath before you enter and try to breath through your mouth while you are waiting for the elevator. We were there during the Olympic games and on the TV there were no channel available where we could watch the games. Not enough plugs in the room (namely only one and it is also not the right place.

All I can say is that I will always come back to MAS CAMARENA! Excellent location, top staff and very clean!!! Thank you for the lovely time

It was easy to find. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. In house restaurant.

The private underground car park was sometimes dark, only one light worked. Motion lights were a bit of hit and miss. Also exiting the car park make sure you dont place your car near the gate as it opens backwards towards you. Also exit button is on your left on a pillar, can be easy to miss. Regardless it's still extremely safe for your car.Also the room only had one socket to charge anything. All other sockets were used ie fridge, TV and lamp.

Breakfast was poorly staffed only one on first day and two on second when there were school coach parties Tables not cleared and coffee machines not tended toWere seated in annex room which had less choice than the main dining area

I liked the ambiance as well as the staff who were very kind but the facilities were subpar to say the least. Considering this is a 4 star hotel, the room was pretty old, deco was not too good and the bed was BAD. The room and bathroom were very clean so no problem there.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was old and had areas that were sunken in. The room was clean but looked and felt very bare. Did not go to the restaurant so I can't say anything but looked to be a little expensive.
