    Pros +

    • Excellent breakfast. Beautiful accomodations.
    • We were thankful that we booked a room in the historic Chateaux itself. They have rooms in other buildings on the compound. The big room in the Chateaux was wonderful with high ceilings, giant windows, clawfoot tub, etc. This alone made it all worth it. We ate dinner and breakfast there... it was very good. The grounds are neat and well kept.
    • Ambiance was breathtaking. Stunning grounds , views and restaurant.

    Cons -

    • Wish the pool was still open. It was beautiful.
    • Although the Chateaux is a destination on its own, you really need a car to drive considerable distances to experience any of the tourist locations in the region.
    • There was nothing unsatisfactory in this experience.

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Well kept facility

Very little. Poor soundproofing in rooms. Everything else top class

Restaurant food was excellent, great chateau experience and environment.

Not all of the outdoor areas were set up to use.

Ambience. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Wonderful views over countryside. Historic building but modern facilities, beautifully decorated. On site restaurant-le cloche-very good with knowledgable and attentive staff. Free parking.

Beautiful location and a stunning property. Really lovely personal welcome when we arrived and lovely and attentive service from the staff. We only stayed one night so didn't use all the facilities, but did use the pool, which has a lovely setting amongst the vines, and had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. Food was delicious and breakfast also excellent. Would highly recommend.

Stunning property, amazing sunsets, very peaceful and everything was sooo beautiful. Such an amazing place to get away to in the countryside. The restaurant is a must as well. Very small menu but everything was delicious. The treehouse was such a unique experience and a lot of fun. Staff were extremely helpful as well.

As Rodez is very small town, there is no Ubers and very few taxi’s (I would hire a car and drive if I could do it over - a 15min taxi ride was €25). Luckily the venue helped me with a taxi after checkout. There is no room service available and the restaurant was fully booked my first night so the only food available was food from the bar (charcuterie, cheese and focaccia) which was my only option as I had no way getting into town as an option for dinner (bring snacks).

We loved the chateau itself and the decor. The pool and vineyard were amazing. The restaurant was exceptional for the price point.

The location for us was quite a drive from where we we staying, but it was worth the drive at the price we paid for it.

Amazing property and lovely location in the countryside. Lovely pool set up, felt very peaceful. Room was comfortable and clean. Helpful and friendly staff

    Breakfast was a little basic.

This property is stunningly beautiful and the family room was fantastic for our family of four. PLUS - my inlaws joined us and had the room opposite the games room so we had the entire floor to ourselves which was fantastic. We loved the pool and were hopefully not too disturbing to the other guests - kids just want to have fun! For dinner, while we didn't get into the restaurant at the Chateau, the staff got us a reservation in Les Sources - at La Cascade - a fantastic restaurant just 10 min away in a tiny village with a waterfall - def good for families with picky eaters.

Loved the staff and the owner. The rooms are amazing. It snowed the day we were there which made it even more magical. Incredible wine from the estate.

Bad lighting in the dining rooms. Lighting is so important when it comes to ambiance and their lighting was like being at the dentist's office. Easy fix with warm bulbs and some candles.

    9DanielaPosted on: 12-23-2023

Lovely place to stay for a romantic stay. We loved the old part of the castle and opportunity to hang out in many living rooms. Very comfortable sleep and beautiful walks around the property.

    9TomokiPosted on: 9-22-2023

All the member of staff were kind and friendly. As we were not so hungry at dinner time, we just ordered only main dishes. Actually they were so tasty. The room style was basic but very classical for us to enjoy atmosphere of French country side.

    not particularly.

    The location and the spaciousness

although there where some snacks/ tapas on the bar menu. Cheese/ ham platter and a tomato tartar/ burrata, we would have like to have the possibilty to have more in between snacks/ food to order.

    8ValeriePosted on: 7-3-2023

lovely location on the country side but close to town. Lovely views, nice pool, friendly staff and very good food for dinner and breakfast.

    9GwendolenPosted on: 6-26-2023

We loved this place and it’s magnificent grounds and furniture and art. They were so nice and responsive on booking messages including changing for us last minute as half our party missed their flight and only half the family could travel.

We forgot to book restaurant in advance but they made us up a nice cheese platter. Maybe remind people one more time to book in advance.
