The room and cleanliness

Staff in the reception. Inconsistent customer service that they came across as not sincere however the breakfast staff are amazing.

The interior design of the room. The indoor heated pool. The staff and the breakfast was superb.

The Massage we took wasn’t good value for money in my opinion. You pay for 50 minutes but they only did 40. They don’t really do the whole body. For me it was not as expected from a 5 star service.

During our stay we had dinner, room service, and evening drinks by the fireplace. All food/drinks/services were excellent.

Staff, hotel is maintained clean and well, breakfast amazing, pool very clean and warm, comfortable, always available places near pool, high real 5 star quality, amazing warm people and staff

The spa area is very small and the swimming pool water is a bit cold. I booked this room for a special occasion, but the hotel staff didn't arrange anything special

Don't eat at their restaurant for lunch or dinner. There are much better places to try around that area.

Our stay for the most part was very good. We did ask the front desk a few times for certain items but did not receive them. Our heat did not work and was repaired after a second request. Staff was very pleasant and persons helping with luggage, reservations and information were especially helpful.

Location excellent cooking facilities and two story accommodation good ….. the washer/dryer combo was a bust long and was in use a lot did not dry clothing and that was an issue

The reception staff, the girl you checked us in, showed us to our room, unfortunately, dont remember her name, please identify her, and share my thoughts about her. my Room was 07, so i was renamed James Bond 007, my favorite character. Rest of the staff too, was exceptional.Pool, though, not used, was special.we were allowed a late check out, our entire departure was sorted out & had a pleasant departure.The decoration/paintings on the wall, were exquisite.

Absolutely stunning property. The facilities are top notch. The restaurant provides an amazing atmosphere and spectacular food. The staff go above and beyond. They are kind and courteous. Make sure to visit Diego the bartender he is exceptional in his craft. The rooms are amazing.

It’s owned by Italians Mr. A! The staff is incredible. The spa marvelous best facial I’ve ever had. The breakfast is divine. The decor exquisitely beautiful. The rooms cozy maid service top tier. Location A +++++ Lounge a special treat next to excellent restaurant w live music. My favorite staff were David Inez and Spa staff. Thank you!! ?

Great location with good facilities

Room maintenance was terrible, did not replenish coffee, water and bathroom amenities. Had to keep calling for everything.

Completely blown away by this beautiful, pristine hotel. The staff was incredible, the room superb, the location amazing, and breakfast was spectacular. The spa facility did not disappoint especially, Rita, who has the most talented hands:)

We loved just about everything:- Staff was exceptional. everyone! from the moment you get near the hotel to the moment you leave, every one is going out of their way to make your visit easy, and enjoyable.- location is fantastic - most parts of the city are walkable, with help from the fanicular - every details in the room was carefully thought out and executed. The bed was very comfortable and the room, even though facing the street was very quiet- The pool and spa are accessible, cosy and delightful (especially the indoor/outdoor pool

While the dining service was exceptional, attentive and friendly, the food quality did not meet those high standards
