Couldn?t have been better.

Good quality bed, enough size room

The room matched the expectations. Very large and comfortable with all we needed.We were presented with two welcome drinks and pastel de nata at our room.The breakfast was also great with many options available.

Paid parking lot and the air freshener in the corridors was very intense.

Paying for parking. Noise on Sunday morning. I tild the staff but they didn't seem to care.

The breakfast was excellent in both variety and taste. This made it possible to start each day pleasantly. Our room was clean, had a nice view, was warmly decorated, and met all our needs. The bathroom was well-designed to meet requirements and was of sufficient size.

It was unpleasant to be made to wait in line by the one staff at the entrance of the breakfast hall, instead of simply giving the room number and taking a seat, and to be asked to sit elsewhere even though there were available tables in the hall, as well as to be treated in an impolite manner. The other staff members of hotel were kind and helpful.

I loved the decor, room was comfortable and clean and loved the rooftop pool.

Location - bit far out and almost in middle of nowhere. Staff - most were rude with a few exceptions (one being the lovely man on the door).Rooftop pool staff took FOREVER to bring drinks over and when I paid in cash they repeatedly didn’t bring my change which resulted in me having to ask for it.I was also overcharged - the hotel did eventually rectify it but it took a lot of emails back and forth.

Convoluted walk between hotel block and reception (2 lifts), but it wouldn’t prevent us visiting again

Proximity to metro station Lapa, good bathroom, heated swimming pool, well insulated rooms, good beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful personnel.

Cleaning was sometimes too superficial: table or bathroom floor not optimally cleaned on two out of eleven days of our stay. Prices of drinks at swimming pool are too high (5 euro for a coffee or soft drink).

The property was exceptionally well located next to the Cathedral , restaurants and the parking station. It was very clean and the owner was most welcoming. Highly recommended.

Great location, nice facilities.

Breakfast arrangement is a HOT MESS! One hostess takes each guest to their “assigned” table and explains how a breakfast buffet works. Meanwhile, the line outside the breakfast room gets longer and longer. Not a good setup. I tried explaining to the front desk but it fell on deaf ears. Most people know how a breakfast buffet works and can find a table on their own. The room numbers can be checked off as you go in.

Did not have breakfast . I think E30 a bit expensive for breakfast . But dinner was superb. In fact Outstanding .

It was a little far from local restaurants and activities. It was also at the top of the hill so, although walking down to the center want terrible, the walk back up the hill at the end of the day was a bit long.

The property is beautiful, the staff is amazing, rooms are spacious and very comfortable!

The staff at this hotel were excellent: very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooftop is great: lovely sunset views , great entertainment and really fun vibe

High class, very clean and a cheap (£3-£4) uber ride away from everything - even the other side of Porto. Pool is gorgeous and so is the on-site restaurant (the octopus is amazing).

The images online do not do it justice
