Pros +
- The room was spacious, Location was a plus and Breakfast was good if you get there early.
- I liked the hotel in general, the room was clean with balcony and a lot of light in the room. The location is good as well, close to city center, restaurants and main atractions. Staff was friendly and I liked design of the hotel
- The hotel is situated at the quiet part of Porto but walkable to most places of interest. We stayed for almost a week and occupied 3 separate rooms within the same floor and loved the comfortable bed and their breakfast. The breakfast selection wasn’t much but it was enough and their staff were all amazing. The breakfast staff Joel was nice and so was Ines and Marco at the front desk. Would definitely come back to this hotel next time!
Cons -
- The breakfast finishes early. Even the breakfast times are from 7 to 10 am but you will hardly get enough to eat if you go after 8:30 am.
- I think that breakfast can be better, it included only scrambled eggs and boiled eggs if to talk about hot options, in order to have something else you need to pay additionally, I consider that breakfast option was very limited and with 15 Euro per breakfast it is possible to have better one in the cafe just across the street. There was no fish, from fresh vegetables, only tomatoes and salad. Also there was no coffee machine and only filtered coffee. It would be great to have in the room not only coffee but also team making options. The room had nice design but the bathroom can't be considered private as it had a transparent wall to the room, so if you are staying with friends or kids it might be embarrassing to take a shower.
- The rooms weren’t that big but we managed with 3 luggages - we got the rooms with balcony

Location is good, close to Luis pont and cathedral.
I booked this hotel bssed on the reviews. Location was good and cleanliness was good.Reception staff need some training, even a greeting as you enter or leave would have been nice.Breakfast was a total let down considering the price- very basic, limited options. Staff could see things needed to be restocked and were very rude (to not just us) if we asked for anything. The breakfast was 1 star quality unfortunately.
Clean , very nice and helpful stuff , great location
Everything was to our liking. Clean and quiet. Jorberto at breakfast was amazing.
Beautifully appointed small hotel with the friendliest team you will find anywhere in Porto. Great location for walking to cafes, historic sites, etc., yet quiet, clean and cozy for a good night’s rest. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Stressful and not pleasant
I had dinner in the restuarant after a very long business day. I ordered the Cesar salad and changed to salmon. When it arrived it looked not fresh. It was barely edible, and because the staff were so nice I did not complain, I ate just a few bits and couldnt not eat the rest. It was obvious. I overheard a couple near me who said to the waitress they were tired and couldnt eat it all, but then said to each other how bad their food was. The next morning I decided to complain, they took off the price of the salad but charged for the chips and the water!!!I also booked a taxi pick up to the airport the next morning. Without confirming they sent a taxi that was not a regular taxi but with a fixed price. Moreover the taxi driver did not take credit card nor could he provide a receipt, rather asked for email of the passanger and said the receipt would come in the coming days. This is not acceptable situation for a hotel to organise
An amazing hotel. Loved everything, the room is nice and comfortable, the location is great, in walkable distance to the centre. The staff is super nice and willing to help if any question
Great location, nice rooms and amazing value for money!
Breakfast was ok but for the same price you can get better downtown
Super friendly and helpful staff. I fell during a walk and injured my knee. They gave me ice from the kitchen for the swelling and had nice words.Everything is clean and compfy. I loved the infused water! Room was quiet, although street view!!Near enough to historical center, Metro and river side
I would love to have a kettle for hot water / tea. But coffee was also fine ( Nespresso Machine!)
Great location, lovely staff and top quality rooms
It was clean and had everything we needed. It was fairly central for getting around. The staff were great and very helpful.
The breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional. The placing of the hot food hasn’t been very well thought out. Nowhere to put the lids if you are holding a plate, and things were tepid not hot.
Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing decoration. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and nice options for lunch or dinner. Great location! Will definitely visit again.
The manager Donovan and the staff at reception were very welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with information about Porto. The hotel was very comfortable and attractive and the location was within walking distance to various sites.
Super friendly staff, who seemed to really enjoy their work. Lots of knowledge of the city, area, anything goes attitude. Truly kind helpful and pleasant.
No lobby to sit in.
The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient and well-connected.
There was a noise coming from the electrical system that disturbed us at night, and we had to change rooms. Additionally, housekeeping starts quite early, around 8 a.m., which woke us up.
Beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, great staff, nice bar, generous breakfast
All good
Very clean and modern and great location
Room was a little snug
Location very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was comfortable and good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
