Cons -
- Uses a code for the door. The code was 7 digits long and the buttons did not always register when pushed. Often required several attempts to get the door to open. Pretty frustrating.

We loved the location, the breakfast, the spacious and beautiful room, the lovely staff, and their extraordinary willingness to help my partner after she injured her leg, with anything we asked for.A perfect Jim.The sophisticated parking.
The only thing that bothered us a bit was the noise from the staff room next to our room.
This is our third time staying at this hotel. Everything is very clean, and the staff are as warm, friendly and patient as always – the service is excellent. Although there were a few small issues during our stay, they were addressed promptly and with great care. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return next time.
Location was convenient and the hotel was spotless clean. Having two distinct bedrooms was a big plus for us. Kids loved enjoying breakfast in our own room. The staff was super super polite and accommodating
The location was approximately 15mins away from the touristy areas but taxis were cheap. The hotel was more than what I expected. Reception, especially Marina, was exceptional. They didn't just take care of checking in but also served somewhat as concierge and entertained my many questions, request for advise on places and restaurants to visit. Even helped me have food delivered to the hotel. The beds were comfortable, so many pillows and good pillows at that. Water is free and may be requested if lacking. There were towel warmers, windows could block off noise. There is also a laundromat right across the hotel, local eateries and supermarket within walking distance. While there is ongoing construction in the vicinity at around 8 or 9 am, it wasn't jarring sound because of the soundproofing mechanism of the windows. It's tolerable at least for me.
I loved everything about this stay. It was out of the way but still less than 15 minutes drive to major attractions. It is so quiet! The rooms have everything you need except maybe napkins in the kitchen. My room even had a nice towel warmer. The stove was touch screen and the outlets has usb ports as well as traditional eu plugs. Requesting an iron was rather quick and easy, as is ordering breakfast to your room.
There are no keys. I would have preferred a shorter code thats easier to remember. I ended up making a screenshot of the code my homescreen for easy access.
Our room was spacious with a nice view.
There was no ventilation whatsoever in the bathroom. Very unusual. They did not provide facial tissue, which is not a huge deal, but, disappointing.
Room very spacious, staff really doing their job at their best, information provided because we were changing hours due to daylight savings time, ... Location is not completely inside the historical center but we liked it this way: quiet and with real local life around, we were pleased with some restaurants, the Brite bakery, and taking the subway was not a problem for us. So location was for us very convenient. TV with kids channels. Rooms were kept super clean every day.
We were very happy with our stay — a beautiful and comfortable studio, perfectly clean and well maintained. The location is convenient, close to the metro and about a 20-minute walk downhill to the city center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help.
On the downside, parking costs €15 even if you just need to stop briefly to unload your luggage, and there’s no electric kettle in the room. Other than that, everything was great — a lovely place to stay in Porto!
Very clean and dated.Specious, comfortable bed.
I was missing bath robe, utensils, chair cushions on the balcony.
This place is very beautiful! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Breakfast
The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was so dark and quiet- we didn't hear anything from other rooms or outside. Beds/sheets were excellent. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. The kitchen was well-stocked.
There was too much food at breakfast :) It's a bit of a walk to the main sights, but we didn't mind, or the metro is very easy to take.
The rooms were large and spacious. It felt luxurious. The staff were amazing. So helpful and obliging.
It would have been good to have a few local restaurants to visit.
We had a fantastic stay at 705 Porto. The staff truly stood out—their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel so well cared for throughout our visit. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with easy access to the heart of Porto, yet it was quiet and relaxing when we returned at the end of the day. Parking was simple and stress-free, which is a rare find in the city. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, the perfect way to start the day. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, comfort, and convenience made 705 Porto an excellent choice—we would return in a heartbeat.
Location: near the metro and supermarket, very convenient. You can watch sunset every evening Parking: it's on the -2 floor with access by the elevator, so not every car will fit, although my VW Tiguan 2019 (not Allspace version) did without any issues. 15 EUR/nightStaff: super nice and friendly, helped us on every stepBreakfast: delivered to the room every morning at chosen time. Fresh orange juice, buns, pastries, meat, cheese, butter, jam, coffee, milk, muesli, hard-boiled eggs and fruits. It was OK for us as we stayed 2 days, but I would imagine you'd want to eat something else eventually
I spent 4 days in Porto with my wife and my baby. Day 1 great, day 2 we got sick with a cold. We stayed locked up in our room until the end of our trip. If it wasn't for that hotel, our holidays would have been ruined. Now we actually want to go back and stay at the same place. We rented a studio and it was super comfortable. Bed was great, the kitchenette had modern equipment, the shower was spacious and there was also a pretty big balcony. Actually we had a few dinners on it while our baby was asleep inside. If you have a baby, they provide a cot and a high chair and Portuguese people love kids in general (they'll wave and smile to your kid). It's super nice as a family. The location is excellent as well. The metro is literally a couple of minute walk and you can ride one to the historical city center in 10 minutes or so. If you come with a car from the airport, you are 15 minutes away. Pro tip: use Uber if traveling as a group of 2 or 3 people. Prices are similar to public transportation.Last but not least the hotel staff was awesome. You can write to them on WhatsApp at any time of the day about any topic and you'll get an answer. For us, it was mostly recommendations on places we could order from. Actually a delivery guy tried to scam us and the staff protected us, called the police and even apologized to us for the trouble. They genuinely care about their guests. This is the number one reason we plan to go back. And it's not only reception, it's also the cleaning crew (who spoke English just as well). Everyone is super accommodating.I forgot to mention the breakfast which was a lot. For 2 adults we had: a jug of coffee, a jug of milk, a bottle of freshly pressed orange juice, two yogurts, a bag of granola, 4 small breads, 4 pastries, two pieces of fruit, jam, butter, ham and cheese. We always had something left over for some afternoon tea break or a quick snack on the go. It was a great way to start the day.
Nothing. I will 100% go back there next time I go to Porto.
The hotel and the staff were incredible. Especially cleanness was amazing. In addition, the property was designed very well and the room was highly comfortable. We were completely satisfied and would highly recommend. We'll definitely prefer to stay again in our next visit to Porto.
Beautiful hotel. Large rooms and tastefully decorated. Wonderful amenities (gym, outdoor gardens and bar). Breakfast was generous and very good and delivered to your room. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel
You can not walk downtown or the waterfront however there are many amenities within walking distance and the bus station is very close so the transit was easy
