Location, customer service and cleanliness and the room was very comfortable

The hotel’s location is central and has got good facilities. Most outstanding was the customer service, from the drinks on check-in, escorting to our room, flexibility to accommodate, and attention to details such as providing us with umbrella when the weather is not looking too good. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

The service and the staff.. the vegan options at breakfast, they were very accommodating of my needs and dietary choices. Definitely considering coming back.

We had a premium room which was very large, king sized bed was extremely comfortable and we used the indoor pool and sauna. Was a great central location with lots of restaurants. Two minute walk to Clerigos tower and 15 minute walk to river.

Breakfast was very expensive - it was fine if you wanted a big breakfast, but not if you just wanted a coffee and pastry.

The size of room was very small, no storage at all. And the soundproofing of walls were poor.

Teresa and Elena were exceptional! Actually from check in to Check out was the best. All staff were super friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and an asset to wine and books. Best location too. A sure return.

Could have used more drawers in bedrooms since we stayed 4 nights.

The staff is fantastic. Maria was a highlight for us. We felt we had a friend when we asked about an outing or returned from one. It’s sumptuous.

I’m not a fan of the shampoo and lotion bars.

Breakfast is excellent with a very large choice. Very good service overall.

If we have to choose one thing it’s the fact that there is no privacy and separation from the bathroom and toilet. There are things that are kept private for a reason

The rooftop bar was fun and convenient. Staff recommendations were fantastic and king bed was very comfortable.

Air-conditioning was not very cold due to electricity being metered. Carpet in rooms was very clean but felt dated, and glass shower walls left for no privacy at all, same for toilet room.

Exceptional service, everyone at the front desk and rooftop bar were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions

The room did not have any drawers to store clothes. Room seemed set up for a one night stay. Transparent showers are not for everyone.
