Very quiet. The area are is too. Very peaceful.

The free parking is really just along their driveway up to the hotel. Spots are limited otherwise it's the street. Hotel has their own parking garage but they charge you. Sooooo technically it's not free parking here for everyone on property.

Excellent hotel. Very good value, great breakfast, very pet friendly, lovely employees (very friendly and helpful). Comfortable atmosphere.

The room was very very small (it was a little hard to unpack). It's not in the nicest location, but it was practical. The pool area was OK, but nothing fancy.

Rooms are very comfortable and quite stylish, and larger than we normally get in this type of hotels

If you arrive later than 9pm (I believe, not sure about the time but at 10:30pm for sure this is the case), the doors are locked and there is no-one in the reception or on site to open the doors. You need to call a number and ask for a code - which by the way did not work in my case, fortunately another guest was going out and opened them for me. Our room keys had been left in the front desk inside an envelope with my name - anyone could pick these.In the other hand, we parked on the underground garage and you cannot enter the hotel directly from the garage, not even going from the hotel to open the doors from the inside, as the doors are locked with a key. Therefore my family had to come up via the car entrance while I waited inside the main doors to open them for them, otherwise they had no way of coming in.I believe a hotel of this category should always have someone on site to resolve the issues, and make sure that guests arriving a bit later don’t have to rely on luck to enter the facilities.

Room was very warm and made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Beds were outstanding! Soft and comfy. Nice, modern room.

The inattentive ladies during breakfast service, which otherwise was lovely.

Lovely preparation for dog . And also for the multi functional microwave.

The normal bed is not comfortable too soft and too high . And the sofa bed is too small and had noise when sleeping.

Everithing was perfect, room and restaurant. But neighbors were very noisy. We could not sleep until 2:00 a.m.

There is no gym at the hotel and Sauna was under construction, quite pricey hotel taking into account its overall service

I think I should not talk about that because it put negative impact on hotel rating

The restaurant staff were EXTREMELY pleasant, cheerful and accommodating. I enjoyed their meals and service.

The front desk could have been a tad more professional.

Lovely stay on way back to UK from holiday in Denmark. Great staff at reception especially Nicolas (Hungarian speaker) who remembered us from our previous stay 2 weeks ago and gave us the same room again. Excellent breakfast again with very helpful staff.

Bed was two mattresses, not very comfortable.One of the staff members was peeping through the room window into my room when I was 15 minutes late for check out. This is very unprofessional, specially because there is a phone in the room and they could have called.

Breakfast was fine , the room was nice , the location was within a industry zone so not expecting that for the price i paid .

For a 4 star i was expecting or a good ventilation system or at least an airconditioner . I was given a fan but there is no use for it if then you cannot open the window as there where no mosquito nets to prevent you from being eaten up by mosquitos .In my opinion , overpriced

Well organized, good food, modern room, courteous staff. Just like one wishes for.

Don't expect a view, industrial buildings surround the place (and trees).

We have stayed at Hotel Schmoekerhof a number of times now, it never disappoints. Professional staff, always clean and with a very good restaurant.

Nothing to dislike.
