The staff were fabulous. There is someone around 24/7. The breakfast was very good. It was clean and quiet. There was easy access to buses and train stations for travelling to the airport and into downtown Hamburg. Penny supermarket across the road. Car parking on site.

Semi English breakfast which was excellent and he staff extremely polite. The only problem is that its far from the center.

Good hotel for staying a night when on a business trip. There is enough parking space and the staff is very friendly. A pleasant surprise was the breakfast and the given hospitality.
Construction next to the hotel but not really a problem because they did not continue during the night.
Hotel is a bit dated.
There's insufficient air ventilation when its quite hot. Had to buy my own electric fan to escape heat.
