Disappointing

First night in one room was everything ok. Second night in a different room, I woke up full of insect bite pimples. All my back and neck full of it.

Large rooms, very reasonably priced and the Indian restaurant down stairs, was really handy.

Carpets could have been cleaner, no kettle or cups/glasses

parking area spacy; the restaurant in the same building serves good food and has very friendly staff;

very noisy due to railway close to my window;

Location was good right next to Edeka... Hotel is basic. If u just need sleep overnight then it is a good option.

The bathroom was not clean and smell bad. Small insects were going out of the shower. Nobody in the family dared to take a shower there. When We told the personal, they did not seem to care. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had to wait an hour to get into the hotel because we didn't get the code for the box and the card.

it looks nice from outside

they have no 24 hour reception. I came at 12:01 AM and they closed so i had to call them with the button on the door. I was told my money shall be returned but the 2nd day they changed their idea

Nothing, except of easy check-in

It was ok until we noticed bed bugs that sucks blood. The hotel manager hang up the phone late at night (10 pm) and didn't answer the following calls.We left the room and stayed the night in the car. Almost $200 lost.

Breakfast was good

Bath room and toilet were covered in flies. Large amounts of dust and hair in the carpets.Nobody at reception at 20:00 to complian to about the flies.

I liked the comfortable room, this is a quiet location, the staff is friendly.

Everything was fine.

I liked the shoe shine machine in the reception area.The bathroom looked like it was recently renovated and was in clean condition.

Overall, it is a very basic facility that suits a budget traveller. The carpets in the room are stained and old, and the bedding, pillows & linen are all of cheap quality. The room is very small, and there was no WiFi available to me or offered.

Close to supermarket and train station.

One day just got only foot mat towel. They did not supply bath and hand towel. My colleague also stayed and had same experience.And they replaced body soap dispenser and keep it empty.Service was not really good.Too close to train station and train is running all day even midnight causing noise in a roomSeems like owner of the hotel changed in recent year and service quality also changed…I will not stay there again.

Very very basic hotel with outdated rooms, we only stayed overnight. Breakfast same very basic.

For a basic hotel, it still seems overpricedl

Absolutely nothing. I don't know who gave this good reviews. II stayed here because it was close to a relative.And the train was close Since I did not drive.

The hotel is right next to the train tracks. So you hear the train all night land if the train is not running you here, cars going over the rails. Staff leaves every afternoon for the night, So there is no one there. No air conditioning, No fridge, The t v screen is basically a computer monitor With only a few channels.There is a indian restaurant, And grocery store behind in the parking lot. Absolutely nothing else within walking distance. As soon as the sun comes up the room heats up terribly. Unlivable conditions and did not feel safe at all. Finally had to book a different hotel And lose the money I paid since It Was non refundable even under the circumstances.

I was a place with beds i guess.

Never have we slept so bad. And we are not picky sleepers! We got transfered to another hotel wich had awfull pillow and the air in the room was dense as tar.

It was big and clean in the room, and made for familie

Breakfast was seperate and quite expensive with two small childeren pay full price. The smell was also not fine like something happend in the allwsy

Awful customer service! Absolutely dreadful and would never want to go again! The main doors to the hotel locked up after 11pm with no one at the reception. We had to call them via phone to say we can’t get in because the key/card detector was defective. They took 15/20 minutes to get to the hotel to open the door and spoke in a haughty tone with no apologies. Disgraceful!

I liked the hotel location it was near the train station, super market and had a carpark

Very dirt, uncomfortable beds, rude staff, noOne at the reception after eight in the evening, got locked outside of the building at 12 am keycard wasn’t Woking, lift not working, bathroom drainage not Not working, water cold very dirty carpet,

Breakfast is fresh and good choice. Rooms are basic and clean.

A few water glasses and a bottle opener would have been nice.
