KYRIAD CREIL - Chantilly Nord

Location was good. Close to outlet stores and retail park with good choice of restaurants and shops.

Hotel is very dated. Bathroom felt unclean. Flooring doesn't feel clean, especially against bare feet, it felt sticky or unpleasant.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The surrounding landscape is very peaceful.

The hotel does not proactively clean the room and change new towels every day.

Breakfast was adequate for an overnight stay . Good variety of restaurants nearby.

Variety wasn't great. Lighting in room could have been better.

Good budget hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good location for visiting Chantilly Castle, 15 mins away by car. Everything functioning well in room, including nice warm shower and kettle. TV in room (basic French Channels but fine for me). Breakfast good for budget hotel. Would use again but wouldn't take breakfast as didn't like atmosphere in buffet room. There are plenty of restaurants/shops nearby in commercial zone across main road.

Could do with some renovation in bathroom, particularly shower cubicle. Felt uncomfortable being observed by staff member/manager in breakfast room. Dont use buffet approach if you don't want to run risk of guests taking away extras! The only window could be opened but was in fact a full door so I couldn't leave it open for fresh air at night but could air the room during daytime.

All the ladies at the desk during my weekend stay were amazing especially Rita,nice environment too

No Air-condition,no Television functioning....5 rooms for the weekend and we just couldn't sleep due to the heat, hotel needs urgent upgrade

The staff at Kyriad were really accommodating and friendly, we had a group of 28 and although one room was not a twin as requested, the others were all in clean condition. The only downside was that the walls seems like they had no sound proofing so I could hear sounds from the corridor and the rooms next to us. The staff were brilliant and tried to assist in any way that they could. Great hotel.

Great location. The staff were super nice and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and efficient. The breakfast buffet was faultless with a variety enough for anyone.

There is no lift (elevator) in the property.

Easy accessible parking. Location towards work was perfect.

Overall furniture in the bedroom dated. Rooms could get a facelift. No option to open a window…just a door which is not safe and without an AC the room was very hot.

Handy location . Front desk reception - polite .Tea , coffee facilities in the room .

It’s very easy to locate very quiet the receptionist is very accommodating and the room was very clean and well prepared there is free tea and coffee with water heater there is soap and shampoo and toilet tissue prepared for guess there is also towel extra blanket and hair dryer ?

Nice hotel in a quiet location. The room was neat and cleaning was thoroughly done every morning. Rita made our stay a memorable one with her cheerful spirit. On the phone and in person, she was quite welcoming. Though,we arrived early she made our wait time go by quickly with her hospitality. She offered us juice . Thank you Rita for your professionalism and kindness.

The breakfast was OK. But I think being a 3 star hotel you can do better.

There is no soundproofing. You can hear all the rooms easily. There was a group of people (I believe more than 20 people) staying in the hotel and that group was making tooo much of noise the whole night. While even you can even hear peoples whispers in other rooms, those guys were dancing like hell above us and I thought that the ceiling will collapse.Another thing is, there was a door in our room which opens to the next room that hosts completely different people. They cant open the door from other side but this still gives a bit of discomfort.Also, the rooms have a weird smell.
