Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Neckarsulm

The hotel is easy to get to and has good parking on site. Rooms are spacious. Easy check-in. Friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet in the morning.

The main challenge this time was that the AC was not working properly (auto shut-off every 10 minutes) and the blinds are not dark enough. At 5am it was broad daylight in the room.

The room was big, clean, beds were comfortable. I liked that the AC was not going a direct air towards the beds. The breakfast was delicious, there were many many choices! Thank you for that! Was a pleasure to wake up and enjoy the morning coffee and breakfast.Happy that hotel accepts dogs (~12 euros)!

The smoking area just at the main entrance.

I regularly use this hotel when traveling to southern Europe, it has an absolutely excellent location, right next to the highway and just a few steps from restaurants and shops. Despite its proximity to the highway, the hotel is quiet and very peaceful. Parking directly at the property costs 10 EUR.

Close to our business appointment. Eady parking. Friendly staff

Quite boring, no nice restaurants nearby

Like always super, kind with dogs, very clean, 10 stars , thank you

The location and the breakfast and the facilities

The odour of the room was not fresh, no slipper and no casa

We were in need to work as a group during the night for a couple of hours, and the Staff promptly escort us into a meeting room for better comfort. It was very well received :)

Poor

according to booking reservation in room i had to have kettle etc. when i made my check out i asked the receptionist there is nothing in this city how can people buy something then i wrote my comment on google which i do everytime. i didnt have kettle and there was some insects in my room. there is polite way to say that you cant do something for insects if they come through the windows etc. but instead of that i recieved an answer and it was like they blamed me. i didnt book any room with kettle etc. then i posted my booking reservation. and they used the conversation between me and receptionist that if i wasnt happy with my stay i didnt have to use my time to ask something about city. i could tell about my disatisfaction . i dont recommend this hotel

Very good breakfast with a great variety of products. Parking is available right in front of the hotel. Dogs are welcome.

Smell of cigarettes in the elevator.

Well positioned right on the highway, quiet with the windows closed even though it is right on the highway, clean, 24h reception so you can arrive late, friendly receptionist.

We had to risk parking on neighboring parking spaces overnight as the free hotel spaces were out. The design of the rooms was a bit funny :-)

The family room was very clean, spacious and comfortable for a little family! The beds were comfortable and the hotel even provided a comfy little baby cot for our little one. A big plus is also the pet policy! The staff was also super nice and welcoming!

Nothing!

The breakfast was really nice, plenty of options and the staff was very friendly.

One of the elevators felt a bit dodgy and the airconditioning unit and remote in one room were quite hidden, so it took us a while to find them.

Very spacious room, good breakfast, nice staff, parking on the spot.

Everything was fine.

Nice, big rooms. Clean and quite. Very friendly staff. Good parking. Excellent breakfast. Very fair price for this quality of service and hotel

This is our 5th or 6th stay in this hotel since we are frequently travelling across Germany. The hotel is located close to the motorway, nearby you can find Kaufland and petrol station. Rooms are clean and tidy. Nothing really to complain

Very clean comfortable spacious room, good breakfast.

The bathroom, the cleaning staff was friendly and remorseful about my inconveniences.

The internet isn’t available in the room where I am, which is room 201, the room is too hot with heat, there’s no A/C but at least get a fan in the room. Check out time is extremely too early.

Large and clean room. Big and very comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast and seems to be more like in 4 or 5* hotels. So better than you expect from 3* for sure

Clean, spacious and comfy Located close to the autobahn and free parking available in the hotel and on the streetValue for moneyThe hotel looks better inside than it looks from outside

No water boiler in the room ( not so important but could have been a plus)

Nice, friendly and helpful man at the reception.Good size comfortable room.Good breakfastClose to motorway and with ample safe parkingCloseby Kaufland with very cheap petrol is a bonus

My room was on the highway and train line side and very noisy at night. No restaurant at the hotel.
