Easy parking, 15 mins from the port. Staff were very welcoming, everything clean and new. Great shower - the towels could be fluffier, but that's being really picky! There was no kettle in the room, so we had to go down to breakfast before the usual pint of coffee, but we survived!All in all,

Four miles from the airport and very clean with very helpful staff and located 200 meters from a lovely little taberna.

We were welcomed warmly and the room was lovely. Everywhere was very clean, which is so important. The bathroom had a lovely shower and again, it was very clean. The separate gluten & lactose free area for breakfast was brilliant. We had a good choice of food and milks for our drinks. We were very impressed, thank you!

No restaurant and no staff on site during the night, at least not that we could see.

Excellent as my wife is on a Gluten Free diet and I am on a Gluten/Dairy Free diet we couldn't have asked for anything else. It is the first hotel in our year of travelling that has the selection of Gluten Free and Dairy Free that the hotel has. Full marks to you.Pub/Restaurant just a short walk was great with a good selection of food

Location great for the airport and walking distance to local amenities. Bedroom clean, quiet, comfortable for an overnight stay. Banged my head twice on the eves in the Bedroom and needs to be addressed. The hotel was immaculate but offers little else.

The hotel is very quiet, but breakfast extremely disappointing. All of the food is mainly vacuum packed and provides little to zero options. A tasteless, cold buffet that is being delivered on the cheap. The coffee was awful, toaster ineffective and fruit out of date. The orange juice was from a low cost carton. The slices of processed cheese ought to be fed to the stray cats. for the amount paid for the stay, the hotel could and should provide better quality and more options. Having visited the restaurant the night before, it's clear that 90% of the food isn't fresh and sits there for an eternity. The one star rating is appropriate for the service and restaurant.

No secure parking for motorcycles. ( though there was plenty of parking in the hotel car park.

Impeccable. Room was great considering it’s a one-star hotel; everything looks new.

WiFi didn’t work at all in my room (109, second floor by the stairs)

Modern stylish hotel conveniently placed in a quiet suburb with own parking. Only a few minutes drive from the ferry terminal.

Really liked the jacuzzi, breakfast, and the room.

Unfortunately the nearby restaurant only had pizza, not a hotel problem.

Staff pointed out Italian restaurant 5 minutes walk up road very good. Staff excellent. Stayed here 2 years ago thought it was new then, still think the same immaculate.

Very close to the airport, excellent parking, very clean & well presented. Lift access which was important due to recent knee surgery.

Immaculately clean and modern, spacious room with an excellent seized bathroom, walls are bit thin as you can hear the toilets in the other room, private car park and a buffet breakfast, 15 euro gets you a taxi into Santander, decent hotel for the money, the airport is less than 15mins away which is why we stayed here.
