The Hotel was very large, rooms and autopark. We liked friendly and very helpful staff. Everything was so clean and very delicious breakfast. I totally recommend!

Steakhouse stinks when you enter the lobby

Pet friendly free of charge - that was the main reason we chose this for an overnight stay while traveling across Europe. But actually this was the best cost to value ratio hotel out of 5 others where we have stayed during this trip. Friendly personell, cozy interior, well renovated rooms. Close to the motorway as well as the city, plenty of parking space.

The ventilation in the room could be better - the windows were dripping condensate in the morning.

Price is reasonable.Size of room is perfect not too small and not too big. Sauna, pool and the steak restaurant are available in the Hotel.

The water from the swimming pool is quite cold for winter season.The Canester for shampoo and shower gel should be filled up by the staff in sauna and swimming shower area.

The room was very spacious and even included an extra sofa. The beds were fairly comfortable, although the one by the wall felt quite cold—better heating would definitely help. There were plenty of parking spaces available. Dogs stay for free, which is a huge bonus.

The room could have been warmer overall, and the shower area would benefit from some minor refurbishments.

Wonderful stay, nice breakfast and accommodating staff. Gentleman Concierge was very kind and helpful.

We chose the hotel for the pool, it would have been good to know it is not available for many hours due to swimming lessons. We did get a swim in before breakfast next day though.

The property is clean and have a nice swimming pool, the sauna also is worth for an extra of 5€ and the parking was not expensive 5€ per night. Staff very helpful and nice

The room had a noisy heater and be careful for the swimming pool opening hours as they are reserved for private swimming class and the sauna only available at 16h, they didn’t said that on the website. If you would have known about it we’d choose another hotel.

Well connected to public transport. There is a BUS station close by that can connect you to anywhere. There is a excilent restaurant close as well. The reception stuff is polite and the hotel has some nice cosy interior.

We stayed Fri-Mon for 3 nights and there were 0 times someone cleaned the room. In 4 days our trash was not taken, no towels were changed, the bathroom was not cleaned and we practically had to go and get toilet paper. I can not understand how is this possible for a hotel. The pool was cold and the pillows were not usable.

While we understand that not all rooms may be available, the response we received was very aggressive and hostile. As a result, we were left waiting in the city for six more hours until the standard check-in time. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant.

Spacious and well designed room. Good TV with plenty channels. Good beds and bathroom. Hotel also apparently offers free gym and pool which for the price is excellent. Sauna price was also very acceptable.

Not necessarily disliking, because for the price it’s fine - you can end up with a view to the backyard which is an industrial zone. Pillow could’ve been a bit bigger height wise or more sturdy to my liking.

I have been here before … Is a very good value for money

In the reception is a male receptionist which it was unfriendly towards me almost every time I needed something, even kind of aggressive. German is not my mother language, but I live in a German speaking country since 2014, 12 years… I Speak German not as native, but I believe is quite good… Every time I spoke he replied with English as his way to make me feel that my German wasn’t good enough. I really don’t know what his problem are, but definitely not my problem… I am a guest and I didn’t feel respected, even I felt intimidated and insulted.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Steak restaurant was excellent.

Location was further out from city centre than we expected and weas in middle of a business park area

Excellent for stop off on a long drive. Room was big enough for 3 and clean. Fantastic to have pool and gym available. This is the second year we have stopped off here. We tried the restaurant this year too which was excellent. Also very close to a petrol station and Lidl to refuel before onward travel.

Wish there was a fridge in the room.

Nice hotel, ideal if you're traveling by car because of the location - not in the center and easy to access the highway. Plus in front of the hotel is a bus stop that can get to the city center in 20 minutes.

Comfy room and nice new bathroom, even a microwave oven and small fridge as standard equipment.Easy check out, restaurant on ground floor, enough of parking space in front of hotel.

No dishes in kitchen corner, except 2 really dirty unwashed plates.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The receptionist (or the lady in charge of bookings) was extremely rude and uncooperative at the time of check-in. Despite showing her our confirmed reservation from Booking.com, she made us wait for almost 30 minutes without any valid reason. When we politely asked to see the room before checking in, she outright refused, saying it’s “not allowed,” which was honestly quite surprising and unprofessional.As a Genius member on Booking.com who has stayed at over 50–60 hotels, this is the first time we’ve encountered such poor service. The room itself lacked basic amenities, and the corridors smelled bad, clearly not cleaned properly. Overall, it did not feel welcoming or worth the price.Definitely not recommended—there are better options in the same area with better service and cleaner facilities.
