- The main entrance pavers are not well maintained and caused me to trip and fall up the stairs into the narrow opening of the doorway injuring my L wrist as I fell and bruised by R forearm and cut that elbow! (I awoke to blood on my sheets from the cut!)
- I was expecting every-day cleaning but obviously this is not the policy.

This building had significance for me personally. It was formally the US Army HQs building and my father worked there from 1968 - 1970. The transition to the hotel was very well done. The Breakfast was wonderful.
Disappointing
Stayed for 3 nights and rooms weren't cleaned/made up once throughout the visit.
Very clean rooms and good breakfast..easy access to public transportation...port is walking distance...
The breakfast was excellent. they had a variety of food available, more than anyone could handle. Very friendly staff and plenty of coffee in the morning. :-)
Everything. The Staff were great, breaking was delicious and atmosphere wonderful.
Our shower leaked so there was quite a bit of water on the floor every time we used it. The Internet kept dropping the connection

Only told on check in that rooms are not cleaned for short stays. Absolutely unacceptable also hiding behind eco excuses We do not expect sheets etc to be changed but room cleaning is a must city
Location was really good to get around.Breakfast very good buffet style. Even had eggs and bacon. Airfect pillow was awesome we even purchased two for the road.. lol..
Bathroom was a little cramped weird setup for the shower. No refrigerator in the room,

The staff at the Adena hotel were so wonderful. Very friendly & helpful as well as being incredibly laid back. They made us feel really at home at the hotel and would 100% stay again.
Convenient to the Deutsches Auswander Haus, which was the single goal of my visit.
The bed was a teeny bit hard for this princess.
