The staff was very friendly and very accommodating to my husband after he forgot his toothbrush. We did not partake the breakfast as we are not breakfast eaters.

The hotel is near anything not even a restaurant on site or a restaurant nearby to go get something to eat. We checked out one day early for that reason. So now the hotel can turn around and make more money on a day that was already paid for and still wanted to charge us for two water bottles, which they didn’t.

Location was paramount for this vacation and the hotel was perfect. View on Rome was great

The hotel is a bit old and certain areas of the bathrooms should be cleaned deeper - such as the shower.Breakfast is basic but good.

Great location, very calm and the room was quite big, though quite dated.

When we arrived, there was a really bad smell in the bathroom and the toilet was flowing. Despite having told the staff about it who promised to check it right away, the situation did not improve by the next day. Since these made our stay quite uncomfortable , we would have appreciated a little discount..Breakfast was ok but far from a **** quality. Nice sweet part, but the salty selection should be improved.

Relaxing atmosphere, quite far away from city

The room was not clean, there were hairs everywhere on the floor. Even on the sheets, blankets and pillows we observed hairs. The toilet brush was also dirty, was disgusting. Breakfast was also very bad.

Floor heating didn’t work properly. Cold tiles in winter season wasn’t comfotable

The only thing that was great was the location and outside area and common space inside the hotel.

This was one of the most terrible stays, the reception guy was totally rude and disrespectful, he even spoke to someone on the telephone about us thinking that we do not understand italian, however the night porter and morning reception staff were nice and polite. The room was the worst on the floor, bathroom in unhygienic state, we asked to change the room, bathroom was slightly better, but all the surfaces like floors, tables were never cleaned and with stains, wardrobe was missing the doors etc. Breakfast was very poor.

8 min by car from Airport. Comfortable big suits. Great park around. Very good breakfast. Parking is free.

The nature around the hotel is beautiful.

The building was renovated and equipped latest in 90-s, everything is out of order. The conditioner produces only loud noises, the tubes smell disgustinglu, the frangrance sprayed in the room by the staff was so intensive, that it was hard to breath and sleep. Poor breakfast.

The shower in the bathroom is disappointing

The property is very stately and grand with marble floors and bathrooms etc. The views and gardens are also quite peaceful and relaxing to observe. Lastly, the breakfast is great value for the nightly price.

The property is a little dated, so some of the fixtures are showing signs of age and there aren’t many amenities. (Gym, working space, onsite restaurants for lunch/dinner etc.)

The convenient location to Rome Ciampino airport, the beautiful views over Rome and the gentle breeze in the park

Definitely need a car to stay here. It is a lovely hotel but not walkable to anywhere.No bar or restaurant.
