Mercure Roma Centro Termini

The hotel was in a great, central location for sightseeing, whether walking to the historical buildings of interest, going on a tour bus, or by Uber, plenty of places to eat and drink, this included the hotel as well, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, always a smile and a good morning.

Despite turning the room temperature down it was quite warm in the rooms, this meant opening the window and the noise from the outside could be very loud, from car horns and police sirens, but that was due to the central location of the hotel in a busy city, so I coped with the noise, I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely use this hotel again ,but I'll take ear plugs.

I would like to thank reception staff Gabriel and his colleague at night shift, they were very nice and helpful when we them to change our rooms and also at night when we needed to go to hospital due to sickness of one of us .Thank you for having professional staff

I booked a room with "interior view", as it was cheaper; I thought "interior view" means some inner court- it was actually a ventilation shaft between the hotel and the next building; the views from this type of room is zero, unless you want to see the wall of the next building 2m away (see pictures attached)- felt more like a prison cell with almost no natural light then a hotel room; the hotel should be honest about the "interior view" and explain it properly to customers; I would have definitely booked a more expensive room if I knew what this one is - but I guess there are enough tourists to fool in Rome...

Great location, very clean and modern. Staff were excellent Big thank you to the hotel manager / director who helped us with everything we needed to ensure our stay was seamless and pleasant.Huge special thank you to Bea and her trainee Alllisia. We stayed 6 days at the Mecury in which they were very comfortable staff to be around as if they were family to us.Merry Christmas to all.

The staff was incredibly welcoming .I had a problem on the forst day with the AC, it was fixed, and the manager kept asking me if im satisfied all the time.

Location excellent, very central. Director Mr Angelo was very helpful and supportive. He is adding so much value to the hotel. He is more than ready to sort out any issues and provided very good guidance for the city. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff in general were very helpful.

Location was great. Part way between station and most tourist attractions. Excellent en suite.

No natural light in the room if you book an internal room. But if out and about and only back at night this is a winner for the price.

The concierge ( unfortunately, I forgot his name, but was a Romanian gentleman), was the best. He was very kind and extremely helpful

Location! Bed was comfortable. Was able to leave luggage in the morning before checkin

Had to get the bed sheet replaced due to lipstick that was fresh in multiple spots and the bin emptied due to fruit still in it. But was rectified and the night was comfortable for a one night stay.

This hotel was central to everything in Rome. Easy walking to most attractions. Very quirky that the shower is positioned in the doorway but it was a great spacious shower.Would definitely stay again when in Rome.

The best thing of this hotel is location. The location is close to Roma Termini. Easy to walk 10mins to the station.The welcome staffs are professional. Room is very clean everyday.

If you put the "do not disturb", oh yes, the room cleaner would not disturb you, but she would not be back too! Let's say if you decide to leave in the noon and ask them if they can clean the room for you. NO THERE IS NO WAY since room cleaner only work in the morning. So suck it and you have to leave your room uncleaned for another day.Oh did I forget to mention the 15EURO orange juice at the restaurant? Yea don't order the orange juice.

Meals were all good. Location was excellent. Room was spacious and housekeeping fine.

TV was no good. Only Italian language channels available. Could not find news channels or anything else. Very poor. Room safe was difficult to use.

The location was fantastic. Around 15mins walk from all of the main sights.

We booked a city view room, but when we got there they’d put us in an internal view room. We had to change rooms the next day.

The location is perfect as it is situated in the middle of the city, in between two metro stations on the corner of the via Nazionale. The staff super kind and cooperative, the room and the entire hotel is extremely clean!
