Very comfortable room, and the food was exceptional for a great price. Secure parking for our motorcycle. Short walk to beach and amenities.

Location, food- it was very good and tasty, all week we had different choices and our little one was satisfied. Parking was ok and cost 15 euro per day. Warm inside pool.Stuff was friendly. Warm water in bathroom and normal water pressure.

Bed mattress wasn’t that good. I reserved one big,but we got two beds with two mattresses.The room floor material was really old, with holes and dirty, so you cannot walk with socks (especially white). One room balcony at 3rd floor was under the exit and cigarette smoke bit was feeling in the room.

Hotel was very clean and had a great bar and pool area. Rooms were also nice and clean, with a great shower. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms prices were good, and the hotel was in a good location for walking distance to main bars and shops.

Beds weren't the comfiest but wasn't a big issue as it was a lads holiday, would definitely return.

Housekeeping staff are great clean room daily with fresh towels. That’s all I would rate about this property

Staff are really ignorant towards Irish and English tourists. Rooms are tiny. Nowhere to place suitcase in the room. Air conditioning absolutely terrible. Tv did not work in the room. Ants also in the room. Refused extra towels from reception as they said 1 towel per day after paying the hotel €850 for a week. Food in the hotel is inedible. If you go all inclusive you’re making a big mistake as food is cooked in the morning and when you want for example a snack like nuggets and chips they are dry as cardboard and cold. Security walk around thinking they own the place but when a problem arises is nowhere to be seen and will refuse to do any work. Swimming pool was dirty but was told it was ‘sun cream’. Hotel is in a terrible location and lloret de mar has a serious issue with taxis. Only 40 taxis in the area and they refuse to do small trips so you will walk 20/25 min to get into the town. You’ll also be walking down a motorway so not too appealing. Save your money. Stay elsewhere if you dare to even go to lloret. I personally feel like I wasted my money.

The location is good.

The plates in restraunt are very dirty, all of them. Uncomfortable beds and covers.

I thought the male receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but another one ( looked a bit Chinese) not so much so, as she really didn’t want to help with my request for bus timetables.Over all a good hotel.

I travel a lot and for me this is a 2 star hotel. .monothematic food, after which we always felt bad. We had all inc options, alcohol was served with meals, which was impossible to drink. The drinks did not contain alcohol. We had the impression that the staff of people who are on all inc treats per leg.The hotel is full of teenage colonies/camps. It totally failed to meet our expectations.Thee service behaves like it's for punishment. The stupidest thing is that despite having wristbands, you have to show a paper card to let us into the restaurant.

Price is low generally, all clean and ok. maybe 10 minutes to the beach.

parking is quite expensive and the parking garage is old and tiny. quality and selection of food being served decreased remarkably since a year ago, not sure what happened.

Breakfast was excellent but the layout of the restaurant was a bit chaotic. Nothing that couldn't be sorted out easily.

The parking situation in Lloret. This is obviously not down to the hotel but would affect people with mobility problems.

Hotel itself was very close to beach.There are 2 pools there, one outside and one inside with warm water.Hairdryer inside room.

There was no pressure in shower heads which made it irritating to use.I was informed breakfast is from 9.15 till 10.15 but I think that was incorrect hours and breakfast started much earlier.There was play area downstairs which was full of kids which were too loud but well that's not hotel fault.

the hotel was clean and the staff cleaned the rooms and changed towels daily.

The hotel put a group on ban from the spa however included more rooms which included black people. We didn’t get to use the spa for this reason. When we asked about the spa we were told they were fully booked and then later found out we were on a banned list, however we had never used the spa. I wouldn’t go there again for this reason.

Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a good selection but not very hot. Desserts very limited and pretty tasteless. Good amount of sunbeds by pool. Staff friendly.

It's quite a distance to the centre. I struggled with the walking. Shopkeepers in that area, because they are not in the centre are very pushy. Lifts are slow.

Cleaner were very very very rude and they were not cleaning and on our 3rd day they took all towels out that we did not have any towels to use on the next day, when we asked for towels the cleaner answered in Spanish which we ddnt understand and she carried on with her job and did not give us towels.
