Good location, nice breakfast, a very big room with enormous terrace.

It was stifling hot, I could not sleep, woke up all night. The AC was on but it was still 29C in the room. I came to Lloret to run a trail, so after 1 hour hard running expected to sleep well, but it was horrible.

Tidy easy to navigate majority of the staff were friendly and helpful

One staff member was a little bit strange in her approach of finding out if I’m a guest or not didn’t really like her approach or all the questions next time just be direct.

The junior suite we stayed in was amazing. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The balcony was lovely, complete with 2 sunloungers, a table with 4 chairs, and a 90-degree view over the resort to sea and mountains. The lounge area had a very comfortable sofa bed to relax on with a large TV (there was also one in the bedroom), and fridge. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath and even had razors and shaving cream if you had forgotten them. The bed was very comfy, and sliding doors led onto the balcony from the bedroom and lounge area.We stayed on a bed and breakfast board. Breakfast was amazing on our 3 night stay. The food was fresh with a great range. You could have fried eggs, omlettes, or crepes cooked to order in front of you. I highly recommend the omlettes! The pastries were also amazing.The drinks from the bar were cheaper than offsite and were of a good standard.The hotel offers 3 different pools although they were unfortunately too cold on our visit.If we came to Lloret De Mar, we would definitely come to this hotel again as it is amazing and centrally located.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room.Lights didn't work on the balcony.

Location looks good but it’s terrible with drunk tourist fighting and shouting all night.Parking is tiny you can not use it, but they say they have it. There is no place to park and offload bags and family, really bad

We have been going back to this hotel for years as we love it there. The food is lovely rooms are nice. Very friendly staff receptionist was a lovely girl who went out of her way to help nothing was too much trouble. Will be going back for many years to come.

The floors in the room could of been better cleaned.

The location was great

The food is not great at all, no variety and the same food every night.Aircon is monitored by the company so you can’t put it on when you feel hot or need it. They have a set couple of hours, which we ended up feeling ill throughout the night as it was so hot. We didn’t end up using the safe as they were charging €5 per night , which I thought was very steep & that’s not even a deposit.

It was only a short stay. Everything was efficient.

Myself and my son stayed here for 3 nites first 2 nites we were awoken by noise partying and second night by police at apartment next door was very unhappy when I complained how the staff reacted by just apologising unsatisfactory and quite disturbing for my son

The hotel was clean the facilities were perfect.There was plenty of food lots of variety!The team at the hotel were all so friendly and helpful. We will be returning

The property was clean and very professional the staff was lovely and helpful anything you needed they try their best to get it done.

Really liked meal offer, every day was different and tasty food. Every day we have new towels. Bed was comfy, lot of pillows.

Room floor was bit sticky (maybe from special cleaning chemical or maybe it was just dirty) in room was dust and in corners crumbs.

The reception staff were very helpful and polite.Bar man was always happy and pleasant.Room was lovely.

Gym .....equipment broken and free weights missing or broke.Doesn't cost a lot to replace Weights ?
